Nice place to get a cup of joe while you're doing a little shopping. Everybody's always friendly and the place is always clean.

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside the Safeway. That means if you have the Safeway fresh pass, they give you one $2 grande starbucks drink per month and you know I cash it in every month! The service has been conveniently friendly and drinks are great every time. Sometimes seems a bit short staffed, but all around I've had a good experience every time thus far.

I don't know why Google is asking me to review somewhere I haven't been to in years... I'm not a fan of Starbucks coffee; it's not good coffee.

Barista was nice. BUT! We were waiting our 2 drinks 30-35 min. (We were second in the line) In the end she messed up both our drinks... Btw only one employee it's not enough for any store

Not great compared to other Starbucks, at least on this visit. Only a couple seated customers inside, but very busy at the drive up. My order was taken pretty quickly, but a long wait afterwards because everyone was focused on the drive up window. I only ordered one standard frappe and waited over 10+min for it. One other person came in after me and she was still waiting when I left. I had time to shop the shelves, use the restroom, and still came back and stood around for a while. Watching all the drinks go out the window.I get the need to fill drive up orders quickly, I'm usually one of them myself, but you need to have staff assigned to people who are standing inside as well.Frappe was fine.

Very slow. I asked how long the wait would be since the line seemed slow. I was told a few minutes. Over 40 minutes to get four drinks and they didn’t know how to refund so I could go to another SB.

The baristas were very friendly, except for a middle aged redhead woman working there. while she wasn't rude towards me, she was extremely rude towards the other baristas in the kiosk. I genuinely felt bad for those girls, they were so friendly and outgoing to me and my wife, it's disappointing Safeway allows their employees to be treated like that... good coffee, good service, poor staff.

More frowning people, not like the Freeman Lane baristas who have some authentic pep. The baristas gossip about their customers, you can hear this as clear as day if you are grocery shopping nearby. Seems to be more of the Safeway managers that provoke the Starbucks crew, literally they have Safeway uniforms on. In service, you have to let the salty public go, and enjoy the experience of pleasing people, that's my observation. Life is too short to fight with hangry, caffeine-addicted, chump stains.
