Apparently people don't know how to work these days. lack of worth ethics! They are supposed to be open intill 8:00 I went by at 7:10 they were closed.
Ordered 2 matchas with light ice, the girl who took our order was great but the one who made it wouldn’t make eye contact or even talk loud enough for anyone to hear her, I just saw my name on the cup. She also walked away before i could say thank you or ask why our drinks were 3/4 full when she had extra left over from each one. Won’t be going to this starbucks again, that’s for sure. 2 stars only because the cashier was nice.
Today Tuesday January 9, 2024 9am I just got a Togo coffee in the srive thru and the lid was not on correctly and it spilled all over me. I work outside in freezing conditions, this is the worst way to start a day and it could have been prevented if someone ust took one minute to care by just checking the lid before handing over a bad day in a cup to a loyal customer. NOT only is coffee outrageous expensive but to not even get to drink any of it because of lack of care to detail... wow it just really wrecked my day.

One of the female baristas was very distracted by her boyfriend and made both of our drinks wrong.

This Starbucks is inside the Target. Have ordered twice so far and both experience have been great. The baristas are friendly and make the drinks so delicious and pretty!

Giving Star even though they don't deserve it one. Cash register girl was checked out, would not let my friend use her code when clearly they had a sign for it AND WAITED forever for our drinks and gave the gal who worked there who was BEHIND us her drink first. Will never waste my time of money their again.
Beware of one of the baristas there. I was with my girlfriend as she ordered her caramel frap.Well the male barista that was working 8/27 around 4:25-4:35pm, by himself with no rush at all. He didn’t blend the drink almost at all, so my girlfriend asked if he would reblend it. He said he’d have to remake it entirely, of which he asked if he wouldn’t mind, but he then proceeded to throw a blender on the ground, then proceeded to make a new drink. As a retail manager myself, he either needs some real customer service training or anger management classes if that’s all it takes to set him off.
