I tried to have a sandwich made today and she refused to slice more meat and cheese then got very hostile with me she would not make my sandwich so I gave little caesars my business instead

When I mentioned that the lettuce was brown, melted, and very nasty looking. The girl behind the counter told me she was there by herself and did not have time to worry about the condition of the lettuce. Needless to say, I left immediately after she got very rude with me

My sub was beautifully made by Kane he was awesome and the cookies were perfectly cooked unlike when I stop at the. Subway in Auburn. I will definitely be back to this one. Thanks Kane and the lady who unlocked the bathroom for me even though she was eating 💜🙏👍🤩

Was not impressed, this used to be a really good place, but the last few times have been a bummer. The bread was dry and seemed dark and over baked the inside was thin and barly there, just super dry and not enjoyable.

I ordered two toasted foot longs on the app on October 11th 2024 and when I picked them up they were barely room temperature, and it looked like whoever made and packaged them had squeezed them as tight as possible making them rock hard. The worker was also not wearing any subway attire and a spideran hat and I honestly don't know if he works there or if he just walked behind the counter. Will not order online again.

I like Subway but the owner that owns both locations in Grass Valley dosen't recognize the online deals from Subway? I have to go to Penn Valley or Combie to get those deals. Just another business owner trying to rip off customers in Grass Valley.

I had a panic attack while ordering my meal. And the guy that runs it is such an amazing and understanding man that even while I was having my panic attack, I couldn't help but listen to his calming voice that was genuine. He understood what I was experiencing and handled me with nothing but absolute care. That's one of the very best definitions of customer care. And to that man, thank you so much for helping me through my difficult time. You are very much needed in this world.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the first floor, and there's handicap parking right in front of that store.
The young man working the lunch counter at noon put hardly anything on the sandwich. I told him its for here so he rang it up to go overcharging me on the tax. He looked at my footlong sandwich with drink and chips and said "IS THAT ENOUGH FOR YOU?" i guess large people are not appreciated here. I come in here quite often and usually tip. No tip today and its time to find a new lunch spot. GOODBYE!

I was here at 8:50pm and noticing their sign out front said they were open until 9 pm and the Open sign was still lit. However, upon attempting to enter, the door was locked and the staff inside just looked at me and shook his head no. Either fix the hours displayed or turn off the damn open light when it's closed.
