I’m writing this review not because of the food. The food is always the same. Taco Bell serves Taco Bell but the employees there I have no idea what’s wrong with them. They either can’t count or they’re just the lowest quality of workers but anybody in the fast food business I’m not surprised when they make a mistake. It’s just they’re fast food employees it’s probably what it is but when you ask somebody to take something out of a burrito and it says it on the board they should do it and then when you ask them for sauce and you’re pretty clear on it and they write it down on the thing and I gave you the wrong kind it’s kind of questionable you get the wrong amount you get the wrong sauce it kind of just baffles me.

My boyfriend got bad food poisoning he ordered 5 beef, soft tacos with extra beef and extra cheese. They were ordered via . He was throwing up and had diarrhea from about 9 PM to the early hours of the morning and still felt nauseous after he finally didn’t have anything left in him to release. He still feels nauseous and is completely drained. That is the only thing that he ate that I didn’t eat any of the entire day so we know it was the Taco Bell. I called the manager in the morning and she was more interested in getting the time that the order was made so she could tell her coworker then she was in at least apologizing which she did not do for the fact that their food made him severely sick. I’m more pissed at the managers reaction to this then I am the fact that he got sick. She didn’t seem at all to care about the fact that he was sick. It’s disrespectful and it’s not OK.

Went in for lunch today, employees family there (I know because I’ve seen them many times before) Apparently baby needed to be changed and instead of changing either in bathroom or an appropriate place they just changed the diaper on the table.. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN… TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!🤮🤮🤮

The food is the same as it is at every other Taco Bell, the difference is the staff. A+ crew. Lobby is always clean as well. I order on the App frequently and when they see me coming they great me and have my order waiting in hand.

Got charged for 2 drinks on that wall tablet. My mistake but staff just shrugged at it and didn't offer to help correct it. Then they allowed a pet (not service animal) into the restaurant. Cashier happily chatting about breeds of chihuahuas.
Gross practices, underwhelming service. Probably healthier to eat elsewhere
Spent 40 minutes in line for them to get my entire order wrong!!! Wish i could go back for a refund!!!! For you to give someone beef who does not eat red meat is awful!!!!!
