I just went there and ordered a quesadilla. They gave me the wrong meat and the lady basically through it at me. Serious attitude problem and they didn’t even give me the right food. She was just really aggressive. I get having a bad day but it was really over the top. Don’t mean to be rude but she was kind of a bigger lady. Crazy look on her eyes.

Lots of people on a cold rainy day. I was greeted with a "Hi how can we help you today?". Took my order accurately, friendly, got food in about 5 min even though very busy. Food was perfect.

This place used to be my go to for food, since it's usually pretty quick and I can order online to ensure that I get what I want. However that has not been the case lately. It's been real hit or miss whether you actually get what you ordered, even through the app. Some of the staff is actually quite rude, telling me to stop ordering through the app, as well as just being generally unpleasant, even when I have to see them for less than 30 seconds. I can understand not being upbeat at all hours in a job like this, just... Don't be apathetic man. I'd avoid this place until they get their act together.

soooo usually when I go here everything is great but recently they've been messing up my orders (as in I get a bag of food that is nothing what I ordered) and while this may not be a huge deal to some, when you live 20 minutes away from the place and don't realize you have food you can't eat until you're basically home, it kinda wrecks your whole evening. especially when you call the store to see if you can get a refund (paid with a card) or raincheck and they just hang up on you. ? needless to say I haven't been back since but will definitely be checking my bag before leaving the window
