It's not a place to visit again. Lots of money with little originality.

Food was very basic & dreary, lacked any sort of seasoning or spices. It was very bland.. nothing about it was memorable or special at all. But the service however was fantastic! Great smile and fast service.

Tonight some friends sent me dinner as I am recuperating from surgery! Wow! It was a surprise and it was super delicious! We had the spaghetti with meatballs and mushroom ravioli. The meatballs were enormous and very tasty. The sauce was very authentic. These were probably the best ravioli I've ever had in my life, in a lovely cream sauce. I have been wanting to try this restaurant for some time. The portions were huge! I will enjoy having it for lunch and dinner another time! I highly recommend this delicious little taste of Italy!

Used to be good,
Now just takes too long and overpriced
Go to Grocery Outlet and buy your ingredients then cook it and eat it, cost less and takes less time.

The food was hit and miss on this one. The chicken piccata was good. The pasta that came with it was well cooked and the flavor of the sauce was good too. But they used canned tomatoes, cheap out in the easiest part of the sauce? The fettuccine sauce tasted like dinner gravy. It appears they used flour in the sauce. The raviolis were good, well cooked and appeared hand made. Will probably come back but only to try something a little different, see if we caught them on an off night. We really liked the bruschetta, even though it was super salty.

Only giving the additional star because our server was fantastic, efficient, and understanding of the kitchen's apparent repeating mistakes. It did not seem like the first time she alone had to deal with a lack of care from BoH.
Pizza was both undercooked and wet due to being loaded uncooked vegetables. The cooks/chef either don't know what they're doing, or simply can't be bothered to saute/roast vegetables. Leaving raw dough due to an insulating layer of sopping veggies on top.
Our server was understanding enough to refund something that was inedible.
Food was amazing! Gluten free pasta available! Kids loved their meals!

I am a born and raised native to Nevada County and I’m sad to say that it wasn’t until I was an adult that I finally had the chance to try Tuscany Gardens. If I’m being honest, I never knew they existed. It’s now one of my go to restaurants that I frequent. They have the most delicious dishes. My favorites are the pesto chicken grilled sandwich, the sun-dried tomato pesto chicken sandwich, love love love their breadsticks! I could almost eat just those as my meal they are so delicious and always fresh out of the oven. Another favorite of mine is their mushroom soup! It is so flavorful and if I know they have it I’ll make a special trip just for that?.Roxy is the owner/manager and has the best energy. She’s always smiling and making friendly conversation.I also love that they have salads to grab. This is huge for me because I eat my lunch in my car on the go and need something quick/healthy/filling.Definitely recommend giving them a try if you have not yet!

We are fairly regular customers here and this has never happened before.Came in on a Wednesday evening. Ordered pesto chicken ravioli and chicken alfredo. Were served beef ravioli and Alfredo with no chicken. The waitress noticed the chicken and immediately went back to the kitchen, ignoring us before we were finished telling her what had happened. We called the waitress back to tell her no on the chicken. When we told the waitress about the ravioli she loudly denied it and said it was the pesto ravioli. When she came back she said the cook was a “retard” and made the beef ravioli. When we got what we actually ordered the chicken was undercooked. We had not eaten anything. We went to leave, explaining to the waitress that we hadn’t eaten anything and didn’t want any of it. The waitress insisted that we had to pay and when we told her no she screamed at the top of her lungs for someone named Alex that we weren’t gonna pay. He came out and asked us what was going on while the waitress rudely interjected that she told us that we hadn’t been patient with the food. When we told him what had happened he asked us to not come back.
