Disgusting. We waited 6 minutes at the speaker to order then 8 minutes at window for our food with no line in front of us. They got my daughter’s kids meal wrong, it was supposed to be a cheeseburger and they gave us a chicken sandwich. I went inside to get it fixed and the roof was leaking and there were flies EVERYWHERE. Not a few, hundreds, landing on all the food and equipment. We didn’t even wait, we threw all our food away and left. Absolutely disgusting. -Pilesgrove NJ (check Google you’ll see MANY more reviews of the same)

Im giving my experience a 1 star because I cant give a 0. Im not rating the food im rating the service. Not only is it hard to communicate because the people dont speak very good English but they dont seem to understand it either. I asked for 6 chicken honey butter biscuits and all i got was 5 honey butter biscuits, no chicken. I told them I was supposed to have 6 and they placed another one in the bag. Once I started driving away I noticed they all looked super small so I opened one and all it was is a honey butter biscuit. I had to sit out front for almost 30mins just waiting for them to get the order right. Pretty lame to be completely honest. How difficult is it to get a simple order right the first time? Just wow... when I finally got me food they said sorry and that they gave me one extra as if that negates the negative experience.

I’ve been trying it for a year now hoping to get a hot and juicy hamburger, never happens! Probably the worst fast food hamburger in grass Valley. Sorry Wendy’s I used to love you.

I had the most positive experience at Wendy’s today. The guy working the window, super positive I was kind of in a down mood, but he was hilarious. I left smiling and the food is excellent. You can’t beat their chicken sandwiches!

I recently visited Wendy's at SM Jazz Mall and ordered a Frosty to take out while I waited for my chili con to be ready. The cashier prepared my Frosty in advance, but since it took a while for the chili to be made, it melted. When I pointed out that it had melted, the cashier opened the cup, saw that it was indeed melted, and then threw it in the trash right before me. I asked her why she did that, and she replied, "Anyway, we cannot eat that anymore, and it's not allowed." I didn't appreciate her actions; instead of throwing it away, she could have set it aside and prepared a new one.

Simply Unacceptable Wendy’s Restaurant #00011542 238 South Mayo Trail Pikeville, KY 41501 606-432-5060 June 5th, 2025 I recently visited Wendy's and it was an experience I would not wish on anyone. My Family waited for over an hour for our food, which is simply inexcusable. When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold and hard, making them completely inedible. To add insult to injury, I ordered a salad with croutons, which I paid for, but the salad came without them. The front staff, specifically Nicholas (as per the receipt) , was extremely unconcerned with the customers and didn't disclose the lack of croutons until confronted. The dining room was a mess, with no napkins, eating utensils, straws, or cups for ketchup. We had to stand at the counter for an additional 20 minutes before someone finally approached us, and even then, it was Nicholas who seemed indifferent and didn't offer any assistance or solutions to the multiple upset customers in the dining area. He didn't offer to help or provide any solutions, and it was clear he couldn't be bothered with the customers' needs. I couldn't find a manager on duty, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprepared. This level of disorganization and neglect is not what I expect from a national fast food chain. Wendy's management needs to address these issues immediately and improve their customer service.

Made my order, got something completelydifferent. Tried calling to let them know so they can improve, and the number listed definitely isn't the number for the store. Guess the only thing I'll get there from now on is fries, can't imagine that could get screwed up

Rude, psychotic employees. They refuse to honor the prices on the menu. They tried to charge me extra and immediately got angry when I questioned them. The employee Melissa is unhinged, the manager lupita had no power or control over employees and the store manager Juan Carlos seems to not care about his job.

Ordered a pickup order, sent my husband, didn’t receive all of our food. It was 12:30am & we didn’t want to go back. Went back the next day, late morning, with our receipt. The local Wendy’s refused to do anything, because I didn’t come back the night before. Horrible customer service!!!!

Once again our order is wrong and the food is terrible!! All my husband wanted was a plain cheeseburger (meat & cheese only) I get home and it has lettuce and mayo!!!!! This happens every single time! The nuggets are way over cooked and the fries are about as stale as they can be. I don't know why we keep going here, but trust me we are never going back to this location (Towne Lake Pkwy, Woodstock) sucks. get it together Wendy's TLP!!
