I do not appreciate wendy's taking my change and saying that they don't have pennies, if you do not have the currency required to give me my correct change. Then, you should lower your price and round down. Not round up. I was never asked if I were donate every time I went to your establishment. Therefore, you can round down for your customers rather than taking their money for nothing. You are stealing your customers' money

The food was not fresh the fries were hot and fresh but they were not cooked the same, well enough, or something they didn't have the same flavo. The burger the bun was hard Burger was old. The nuggets were old and not warm. this Wendy's was good when it first opened but it has been the subpar the last few times I have went compared to the one in Auburn this one lacks anybody who really cares

We had the BEST experience at the Wendy’s in Mcalester, Oklahoma. Our food was good, it was a super busy drive through and they still made sure to take our order immediately. To top off the experience, there was an older gentleman ( I wish I would have gotten his name) that my children started talking to. He was very pleasant and patient with their random million questions but to make it even better, my kids said Merry Christmas… he came back and talked more with them about Santa. He had a white goatee and very much looked the part but he said (didn’t I say, Im always watching).. my kids are 8 and they were on the fence about believing. Our Christmas magic was beginning to fade but he brought back the Christmas magic for us all for another year! I just want to thank him so much and I hope Wendy’s treats him good. He seems like such a pleasant and deserving person.

So apparently I'm a racist I got my total and I asked them how they came up with the total I asked for the receipt before paying and I let them know that I didn't order that can they please change it the associate said that she changed it I pulled around after paying and had seen the receipt still had the same amount when I asked for it because she was going to keep it I looked at my bank statement and they charged the original amount so I went back inside and asked them why they charged me for something I didn't order and showed them they said I ordered that I said no I didn't this is my order and it brought the food in I said this is why you guys shouldn't be speaking Spanish because it's too much confusion they said they're allowed I said I have worked retail and so has my wife and if people are called speaking in their native language they can be terminated another manager came over and said I was a racist and to get out of her store I said this is only my second time complaining for the same problem she said no it's not I said yes it is and I didn't even talk to you that time if you look at the reviews a lot of the point towards my complaint as well

Disgusting. We waited 6 minutes at the speaker to order then 8 minutes at window for our food with no line in front of us. They got my daughter’s kids meal wrong, it was supposed to be a cheeseburger and they gave us a chicken sandwich. I went inside to get it fixed and the roof was leaking and there were flies EVERYWHERE. Not a few, hundreds, landing on all the food and equipment. We didn’t even wait, we threw all our food away and left. Absolutely disgusting. -Pilesgrove NJ (check Google you’ll see MANY more reviews of the same)

Im giving my experience a 1 star because I cant give a 0. Im not rating the food im rating the service. Not only is it hard to communicate because the people dont speak very good English but they dont seem to understand it either. I asked for 6 chicken honey butter biscuits and all i got was 5 honey butter biscuits, no chicken. I told them I was supposed to have 6 and they placed another one in the bag. Once I started driving away I noticed they all looked super small so I opened one and all it was is a honey butter biscuit. I had to sit out front for almost 30mins just waiting for them to get the order right. Pretty lame to be completely honest. How difficult is it to get a simple order right the first time? Just wow... when I finally got me food they said sorry and that they gave me one extra as if that negates the negative experience.
