“We had a wonderful dinner at The Altamont last night. Everything was fresh and we finally had a meal that was worth paying for. Steak sandwich, Ruben (specials they were offering), pork sandwich and a kids cheese burger. We also shared a side of fries. We will definitely make the trip back out again soon to enjoy more of their offerings. Also the building is beautiful! Bonus that it is kid friendly!“

“Do not pass this place up if you drive through the area! The owner brought us a sample of her salmon chowder while we waited for our food. The chowder is absolutely AMAZING! She shared awesome conversation of how she came about her salmon chowder. Great, family style atmosphere! We can't wait to return!“

“And as soon as I'm finished I'm grabbing some sandwiches at Ulia's Delicatessen! I had to go way out to the end of Stony Point rd. to pick up a Bristor's Calltanger and take it up to Hedgepealer's Pandatty Ranch up on the top of Wragg Canyon Ridge, what a place, you can see Mt. Shasta, Mt. Diablo and the smog from San Jose all from a single spot. Those sandwiches I snagged from Ulia's sure were good....maybe the best on Santa Rosa. 5 Stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆“
“Try an iced latte with lecherita foam . Your life will be changed forever. It’s one of the best coffees, I love the service, it’s great, fast, AMAZING PASTRIES! Try the guava coyotas or Cajeta they go perfect with coffee. Anything you taste from this many is amazing“

“Went here for lunch after visiting the Charles Schulz Museum across the street. The cafe is inside next to the Snoopy Ice Skating Rink. Fun to watch people skate while munching on yummy snacks and drinking hot cocoa. Waiting in line took awhile, it was a crowded Saturday afternoon, but once we put our orders in, it was a short wait. Not too much money. Food was filling and tasted just fine. You spend just as much, or more at McDonald’s for less quality. Recommend coming here and stay for the ice skating !“
“Soft Butternut Squash Polenta topped with garlic & roasted trumpet mushrooms was divine. Highly recommended! Modest portion but all the more reason to savor. Also, the cup of seasonal vegetable soup was perfect, flavorful and comfortable. Yum!“
“Great place to grab a fresh bite for a great price. Staff is nice, very clean. I've had the mushroom pizza ( add extra mushrooms) surprisingly real good and have had thier eggs Benedict with potatoes added. Hot, fresh, yummy and for 13.00 total plus tax and tip. Totally worth it. They have great take home pasta meals for families. Thier hours are limited 9-11 breakfast 11-2 lunch m-f. I go in and do my banking at RCU and swing by to munch.“

“Love this little place! My husband and I are regulars. About once a week, we wake up and know that Cafe des Croissant is calling! We send out a message to the whole family who text us their orders and we go and get it for everyone. We love the BLAST sandwich the most. I also love their filled sweet croissants. It’s hard to pick a favorite because so many are good but the chocolate raspberry and cinnamon walnut stand out. My husband and I always take time to chat with the ladies behind the counter. They always greet us with big friendly smiles. I love always seeing a familiar face and happy regular staff members when I’m at a local business. Definitely recommend this place!
They also have a comfy couch and a bunch of tables if you want to relax or work!“

“Budget friendly breakfast and lunch option that isnt greasy fast food. With groceries getting more and more expensive, gas at $6 a gallon, and starbucks jacking up their prices - it's refreshing to find a spot that's still affordable without sacrificing quality.“

“Great latte! I had the challah French toast which comes with vanilla ice cream butter and real maple syrup. So good and enough to have leftovers. Hubby had baked eggs with black forest ham. Food was great, good service and charming off beat vibe with an eclectic mix of people enjoying a convivial mood.“
