If I had read the reviews in advance, I would not have placed a large order for a company party. However, despite a couple minor glitches the food was ready on time, the party was a success and the food was banging. The issues we experienced for the order, which was placed online, were 1. No confirmation email for the order, and 2. No mention of the closing time of the business in the checkout process. The service is very mediocre. The food is actually pretty good. They have decent bagels. It's a corporate chain store so they have a good consistency in a good brand. However, whoever is running this location is really dropping the ball on bathroom Maintenence. The bathrooms been out of order for over eight months. Ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito. Did not have any chorizo on it (it would be hard to miss the telltale red fat that chorizo produces). Wait was also somewhat long (15min after ordering) for three employees working and being not particularly busy.
