We came here at 3pm to order lunch, so the restaraunt was completely empty. We ordered hamburgers and it took around 30 minutes to get our food. The hamburgers were all overcooked with one being especially burnt around the edges. Not to mention that everything is expensive for what it is.

Cold interior. Empty. No-one but us. Plastic cups for drinks? Plastic cutlery? Fish and chips? Terrible. Frozen fish bites cooked from frozen. Inedible. Water self serve from open jug sitting on shelf. Hygiene? Very, very, very poor experience. Staff? Untrained. Don’t care. Order here - Puck up here environment.

Food was decent, but the whole experience was disappointing. We had to wait, serve ourselves, and even pick up our own food — despite paying in advance. My omelette was missing the avocado it was supposed to come with, and we had to pour our own coffee. Everything came with plastic utensils, which made it feel cheap. Tried to enjoy it, but the service setup really took away from the meal. Also, noticed several couples and families experiencing long wait times. No one had food on their table. Took around 45 minutes to get our breakfast. 😔 No toast with meal. OVER PRICED FOR BREAKFAST.
