Doughboys Pizzeria and Gluten Free

Wow! I’m from the East Coast and Doughboy’s giant 24” NYC pizza is as close to NY pizza I’ve had in this area. Massive slice that has to be folded in half to eat just like NYC! Part of the new ownership also runs the amazing Perfetto Cafe and are great.

They just reopened with new owners and management. Decided to try a little of everything. Pizza, cheese sticks, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and some of their Sausage Penne Rosa. Passed it around among my coworkers. Every single person loved it. Not a single complaint. If you haven't tried them before, you should now!

Great service, pizza was prepared timely with the perfect balance of crust, sauce and toppings.

Ordered a weekday afternoon delivery. Overall Excellent! Mama got a small combo pizza with the pan crust and 6 wings. The wings were huge and perfectly cooked. The pizza was lightly topped but the crust was superb! Papa got a small pan and the meatball side. We shared a mac & cheese. Papa's pizza was sausage and garlic, but the garlic was so finely chopped and dispersed I couldn't taste it. Great meatballs! Very firm, not fluffy. Sauce was okay. The mac & cheese was nothing particularly special, other than it's a huge serving!

We will definitely be getting Doughboy's again soon, I want to try the lasagna!

Dough is the best thing here. Impeccable. Pizza sauce taste canned. Ranch is watery and not very good.Knocked off a star because the owner put my ranch in with my piping hot pizza. Cardinal sin. Good thing I swiped it out before it became lukewarm.I wish I had that guy's dough recipe though. I'd consider going back just for it.

I had an amazing Meat Lovers pizza here and OMG SO GOOD! The crust options are awesome too. It's like the only place in town that makes legit Gluten free stuff for celiacs. Seriously try it out I love it.
