Filipino Restaurants in Grover Beach, CA

“We were in the San Luis Obispo area the past few days and came to eat at Lumpia Bros Cafe in Grover Beach. The owner Eric and the manager Genevieve were very nice. I didn’t get to meet the other brother as he was manning all the delicious food in the kitchen. We ordered the combo plates. One was pork adobo with rice and pancit and two beef lumpia. The other was a silog with longanisa, easy over egg on top of rice, and a beef lumpia. Both were delicious or masarap! The brothers grew up in the Bay Area as did my family. Eric and I exchanged notes on the Filipino foods we grew up with and how are moms made different lumpia’s. I wish him luck on his new cafe and hope to visit it next time we are in the Grover Beach area.“
