Sampled several different flavors and didn't care for any of them. Employee was not very friendly either.

I tried a three-scoop ice cream at La Michoacana Azteca Five Cities in Pismo Beach, and it was a great experience. They offer all the classic flavors along with some unique ones you don’t come across often; such as watermelon, guava, pineapple, and even Ferrero Rocher.

A nice touch is that they generously offer small tasting portions, which makes it easy to try different flavors before deciding. I ended up choosing pistachio, Ferrero Rocher, and watermelon in a large cup for $12. While I’m not entirely sure if it’s on the pricier side, the quality definitely stands out.

The flavors taste very authentic, fresh, and not overly sweet. Overall, it’s a must-try spot if you’re looking for genuinely delicious ice cream with unique and natural flavors.

I had a bit of an urgent situation that arose before I could place my order. At first, the lady didn't understand that I intended to make a purchase. That's okay! Everything worked out fine. I tried the churro ice cream. It definitely tastes like churros. 🙂 She was very nice at checkout. She apologized for the miscommunication at the beginning. Apologies go a long way. 😀👍 Give this place a try!

We love La Mich! They have a large variety and their unique flavors of ice cream are my favorite!

Wow!!! Frozen dessert heaven!!! Ice cream, popsicles, filled crapes, fruit, hot Cheetos or Tostitos with toppings, shakes, banana splits.. . I am missing some of the choices. There a 42 different flavors. 11 of the flavors are milk free!!! #allergygirl is also allergic to citrus. I ended up getting the only option available today without milk or cItrus. I had pineapple. It was refreshing!! The ice shopped is bright, colorful, so clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great service, many selections to choose from, my daughter was super stoked.

Just a warning, the churro ice cream did not taste anything like churros lol. It went straight into the trash can 🤢.

I will try a different one next time, I totally recommend!

I got aguafresca Lemon flavor and that thing was water down

Got a fruit bowl w tajin and chamoy
All the fruit was really hard and unripe. It was basically inedible. It can't be that hard to just not serve severely unripe fruit- like mango is supposed to be yellow, not green right

I had a really disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. I was standing at the counter, clearly waiting my turn, and the staff completely ignored me. They went on to help someone else who had been waiting there aside me, and it wasn’t until that customer pointed out that I was in line that the staff finally acknowledged me. Even then, the woman behind the counter asked if I was “in line,” as if I hadn’t already been standing there waiting patiently. It made me feel overlooked and uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

Employees assist who they want to. We were next in line but got ignored. Do better
