The menu is not updated online and there are no recent reviews. The menu, in person, is very limited. It's a good place to get a quick smoothie, maybe something sweet from the fridge as well. The dressing they use on the salad is very good. The pizza, wrap, salad, all tasted the same. The burger was a veggie sausage patty that we've all picked up from the frozen section. There's no a lot protein in the foods.
The yogurt is amazing. I do not even like coconut yogurt but this was off the charts. Food was awesome. I had a lovely salad with a fermented yogurt dressing and fermented veggies. The taste was amazing and I felt great after. Service was awesome and we learned so much about fermenting! Lovely people 100% recommend that you should stop in.

In the heart of Grover Beach, New Earth Superfoods stands as a sanctuary where nature’s gifts are transformed into nourishing meals. Here, we found not only sustenance but wisdom, brought forth by Gunter Ternes—the owner, a man of insight, humor, and kindness, weaving stories that linger like the aroma of his crafted dishes.
Our three visits were a series of surprises. The vegan burger, unique each time with its shifting essence, and the side salad, reflecting the earth’s changing seasons, reminded us of life’s beautiful impermanence. Twice we enjoyed fruit smoothies, vibrant and refreshing, and twice we delighted in the vegan cake, each slice a sweet tribute to simplicity.
In every encounter, Gunter’s presence added depth to our experience, his stories rich and thought-provoking, grounding us in gratitude. At New Earth Superfoods, one leaves feeling nourished in body and spirit, with a sense of connection that lingers well beyond the meal.

This is a tiny cafe with a fairly small menu. I had the curried vegetable soup with toast and cheese. It was amazing. My husband had the open top sandwich, which was basically my bread and cheese with veggies on top. There is only one table in there, so we sat with a local lady who was already there and had a nice chat. The prices are a little on the high side, but you are getting real food instead of junk. I would recommend giving this place a try. My only real complaint is that even though we ate in, the dressing came in a small plastic pot with a lid. I would love to see little glass or ceramic bowls being used instead.
The food is really good it's just a little expensive and the portions are very small. There isn't very much seating, they only have one table.

I love plant based AND sprouted! The owner makes his own sprouted breads out of hemp and chia! I got the open faced sandwiches and they were delicious! It’s a small menu but it all looked really good!
A MUST! This place deserves a Michelin star. The pizza is simply outstanding. Desserts too! The flavors are perfectly balanced, rejuvenating, and satiating. The probiotic cheese is spectacular. Checks all my lists organic, vegan, and GF. My mind is still blown as I’m writing

This store is very unique as it created life changing products that have not been existing before like the first Coconut yogurt (2001) and Kefir as well as many other surpising inventions. The cafe also offers light, raw food, fresh coconut cheeses, sprouted hemp/chia seed bread, raw sushi plates, grain free pizza and burgers. Everything is gluten-free, sugar, soy and dairy-free, and non-GMO. It also is an outlet for their nationwide sold line of super powders like the - GPS-Green Powder Superdrink, Berry Extreme (13 freeze dried berries with Sea Buckthorn, Hawthorn, Acai, Goji, Black Currant, Black Raspberry, Pomegranate and more. They are the only US company offering Ricatein, an amazing upside down grown extremely nutritious sprouted rice protein powder. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-08
This place is magic. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. The owners chatted with me and the other customers while I hung out and had a delicious soup. I look forward to continuing to eat their yogurt and super greens powders.
The best decision I made for lunch EVER! A must go. Your body will appreciate it. The place is setup to take-out. Though there is a table to sit at and eat. Updated from previous review on 2023-01-17
So good. We picked up desserts and I was astonished. Loaded with flavor and depth. If you are a foodie this place is a must. Vegan or not I would recommend.
