I've been coming to Grover Beach for work a few times now and wanted to try some of the burger joints I hadn't been to yet. Orcutt Burgers is tricky to get to if you are heading inland, it is easy to miss the driveway. I'm glad I looped back for it though. Parking is really tight, but they have a drive through which was doing good business while I grabbed lunch Staff was really friendly, decent diner style seating indoors and a couple of 2 seat tables outside. Good size menu for the place. They make it all to order and is easy to watch them make it. Sadly, the patties seemed to be frozen pre made ones, but everything else looked and tasted freshly prepped. Solid burger, fresh produce on it and a good bun. Service and staff were great. Pricing is good, definitely a solid value to grab a meal. I'll definitely come back to try more.

Very clean, no frills place. Great service and all our food was awesome. We had a turkey burger, cheeseburger, and onion rings. We will absolutely be back to try other items and definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Definitely clean space. We ordered a burger and fries to be extra crispy. Burger was good, the fries we not crispy, infact quite the opposite not warm and a bit soggy. Maybe try it again earlier in the day. It is nice to see the true OG establishment in AG. 😁

Amazing service and fantastic food. They were busy as heck when we went and even with how busy they were, the food did not take long to be brought to us. Definitely worth checking out 👌

Notes: Orcutt Burger in Grover Beach was temporarily closed due to an “imminent health hazard” after inspectors found a “severe and active cockroach infestation” at the fast-food joint. According to inspection notes, cockroaches in “all life stages (dead and alive)” were found on sticky traps below the cookline. Because of the violations, the restaurant was ordered to close until it contacted professional pest control services and did “a full treatment and assessed the severity of the problem.” The restaurant also lost points during the July inspection because it had no designated person in charge at the time of inspection, a hand sink in the restroom was disconnected from the water supply and had no warm or cold water available, and “excessive litter and debris” was found around the outdoor grease container and dumpsters. The vermin issue was addressed by an Aug. 1 reinspection, and the restaurant was allowed to reopen — with the caveat that pest control continue to do “aggressive follow-up treatments over the next couple of weeks

Tired of the corporate chain mass produced burgers? This small local diner makes such better food! Everything cooked fresh to order. Tasty and hot! They have a full breakfast menu and many choices other than burgers for lunch/dinner. I had a fantastic cheesesteak made to order add super hot and crispy french fries. Staff was professional, absolutely fast and friendly! Do it! I'll be back for sure.
