40th birthday dinner! Our experience began with the hostess, who was happy and engaging. Our server was incredible. The food was so delicious we wanted to lick the plates! Would go back again if we are ever back in town!
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last night at Pono. We were originally planning on being at Mala Tavern on Maui for this momentous occasion, but we had a change in plans several months ago so decided to try this instead. We were pleasantly surprised, although we had read good things and we have planned on visiting here for quite some time. I had the Channel Islands white sea bass and my husband had the macadamia encrusted halibut that was substituted for the mahi-mahi....
It's always such a true pleasure to go to Pono Pacific Kitchen. The owners are beyond friendly and so kind. Wonderful staff. The food and drinks are delicious with new and different choices . Great atmosphere.
