Tried to go here last fall. Arrived an hour before closing. The person at the front wouldn't even let us in because they were getting ready to close. There were open tables, but also many patrons still eating. We were stunned, just looked at each other and took our business elsewhere. With that kind of treatment, we won't ever return. Had been waiting for something good to end up in that location, but this apparently wasn't it. Never got the chance to consider the food or atmosphere.

Excellent Food and Great Service
🌯 🌮 🫘 Solid casual Mexican restaurant with burritos, tacos, enchiladas and some American cuisine options as wel. The view from the back tables is incredible with the ocean. The burrito really hit the spot and was a good big portion. The beers are also affordable here. Kind service and good vibes!
This place has the best Mexican food for miles around. I take my motorcycle group here for lunch from Petaluma when ever we can. Been there 3 times this summer.

Meh, is my overall impression.
We were seated right away... then left to starve for 20 minutes.
Then we got chips and salsa, no interest in whether we were thirsty, or had any questions.
15 more minutes before anyone talked to us, but they had wiped down the same table 3 times.
As we decide to leave someone came to take our order. I wish we'd left.
We got a flavorless, bone dry burrito, on a screaming hot plate, that fell completely apart when I tried to pick it up. Also, a plate of what looked and tasted like canned Chili Verde.
I don't know where all these great reviews are coming from, maybe it's friends and family, or those folks are mesmerized by the view.
There is plenty of Mexican food to be had in Gualala so I won't have to get it here.

Beautiful scenery and unique restaurant. Fabulous lunch/dinner for our evening in Gualala. The food was absolutely worth the price and time. We had the molcajete and recommend this 100%!!!! We also had the chile Colorado burrito. Yum. The staff is friendly and attentive. All orders served timely in a colorful room with scenic View.
Great mexican food. Great ocean view. Good service.

The food was amazing and the view of the ocean was spectacular especially paired with the beautiful interior. I’d give the atmosphere 6 stars if I could!

Nice stop while touring the coast. Good food, strong WiFi and views of the ocean unequaled in the area. Definitely a place worthy of stopping at again.
I loved my veggie burger with a side of salad! Staff was friendly. Other menu came in big portions

I really enjoyed this place. It was a bit pricey, but the food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy. The view was a nice bonus too!
The only downside was the restroom. The front door was locked, and the other had a broken handle. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall cozy vibe and amazing food.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Saw a lot of kids in the restaurant enjoying family. It's has a cozy family atmosphere.
