The coffee is decent and reliable, with a variety of meal options available on the menu. You can also purchase souvenirs, wine, and other local specialties. The lawn near the outdoor tables is great for walking dogs, and the spacious parking makes it a convenient spot. Compared to the café in Anchor Bay and the micro roaster in Point Arena, this place is much better. If you’re heading north, this is the best choice before reaching Mendocino.
We found Trink's while on a California road trip. We had started the morning in Monte Rio and were working our way north. There was a long stretch without much on HWY 1, let alone open earlier in the morning. We were so happy to stumble upon Trink's! The food and coffee were delicious. Trinks has a nice variety of breakfast items. We have tried several different things over our visits and haven't been disappointed in anything yet. It's nice (when not too chilly) to sit outside and enjoy a hot bite in the morning. Definitely worth a visit!
