WARNING THEY HAVE ANTS. I found one in my ice cream cup. As someone who works in customer service, I was appalled by how rude and unprofessional the staff was. I let one of the employees there know about the insect only to be told "I'm sorry". I had just spent $30 on two ice-cream cups and a pint. I asked if we could have an espresso and this female employee had the nerve to rudely tell me "I could have given you another ice cream but I won't give you the coffee on the house" when I insisted on not paying for the $5 coffee due to the fact that there was an insect crawling around in my food. Please save yourself some time and money and go to Screamin Mimis in Sebastopol. This place is disgraceful.

Really cool little ice cream shop in a bank - we originally came at the recommendation of a friend who said they used to have pies here but alas no more - just ice cream and frozen pies. Decor and everything is really unique - ice cream is made in-house and delicious.

We shared the Lavender Honeycomb cup. It was amazing and very filling. Don't be fooled by the Bank Building, it actually houses some incredible, Nimble & Finn's ice cream. Made fresh daily from organic milk and cream. Buy a bottled water, because you will need it for quenching that fresh creamery thirst.

Wow! Stumbled upon this spot on a hot day and their ice cream flavors definitely hit the spot! Sampled a few flavors, and the lavender honeycomb was my favorite! So flavorful! The girls working at the front were sweet and helpful. The ambiance inside was pretty cool! I was curious on the history of the building and wondered if this spot was once an actual bank!

Yay for vegan ice cream!!! This was by far the very best coconut cream frozen dessert I've ever had. And I really like the old bank vibe. Prices are a little steep, but I would still come back.

OK...my wife and I visited the Guerneville Bank Club last week. After reading all the reviews, I was expecting something close to "nirvana." Instead, both my wife and I were tremendously disappointed, I had the Madagascar Vanilla. I honestly think it tasted more like a powdered mix, rather than homemade. My wife chose the chocolate. She was shocked at how it was definitely not creamy and didn't have a deep chocolate flavor that she was expecting. She was also upset that the young lady who put one scoop of ice cream in a cup for me, and one scoop in a cup for my wife actually asked for a tip! Disappointed? Definitely...
Ok, so if you visited Granville with your special someone and you don’t take them to get ice cream at the Granville Bank Club, you’d better come up with something very special before they find out. This place is good. Next time, don’t miss it.

Will definitely will return to little GEM. The ice cream is amazing! The girl at the counter needs to be taught how to connect with her customers a bit. We tried chitchat but no real conversation. Just going through the motions. Hubby asked about the building and she pretty much gave him a blank stare until we ordered, offering samples but chitchat is good Sweetie. Oh well. We hope to spend more time looking at everything offered there as it had more than ice cream.
