We had such a great dinner at Boon Eat + Drink. Even though it was busy, we only waited about 15 minutes for an indoor table, and it was absolutely worth it.
The halibut crudo was outstanding—beautifully fresh with the perfect balance of bright acidity, salt, sweet stone fruit, and delicate fish. Every bite was balanced and refreshing.
