Came here for a Chamber mixer as it's one of my favorite wineries in the world. So many great childhood memories of Korbel. The tours are fantastic. The winery is down to earth. The redwoods are magical. The view of the vineyards spectacular. Delicious deli food. I don't even drink wine and just love coming here for all the other wonderful things this historic winery has to offer! 💕
Very beautiful and picturesque winery. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We skipped the tasting and purchased a bottle of champagne that Jack recommended. Perfect choice was the Le Premiere Methode Champenoise!
We also had the Chicken Caesar Salad big enough for three guys, lol. Best Salad ever!!
Samantha was awesome and very attentive, thank you!! Definitely recommend a visit 👌
Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff ,
good variety.
This isn't your typical review. This is a positive shout out to the amazing staff and security at Korbel. When we were there, it was for a friend's bachelorette. We were all dress in our florals and looking cute and wanting to have a beautiful day. Seriously this is in no way a negative review. We were getting a couple of bottles of champagne and a few of us wanted to find a spot to sit for the 10 of us (which was no problem-SO MANY TABLES) Once we all sat down, a couple members of our group started talking about a creepy man walking very close and looked like he was taking photos or videos.
I'm not someone who shuts her mouth about this type of thing. So when I started noticing him and his crazy eyes and walking back and forth, I said ENOUGH. I went into the deli and alerted a sweet staff member. Not only did she go directly to her manager, but to the security team. We had no other issues and it was a beautiful tasting.
Then as we were wrapping up, the head of security came up to our table and thanked me for saying something and explained the outcome a bit. Well I'm writing all of this to say THANK YOU to the Korbel team for taking it seriously, taking care of the issue and being so amazing.
Korbel is a safe, fun, and BREATHTAKING winery. They strive for a safe environment and I applaud them! Whether you have a small group or large group, Korbel will take good care of you!
Excellent tour and cheap champagne tasting!
Good service and good selection of wines. Enjoyed the tour! Hillary is a epic tour guide. And Debbie was amazing server inside. Many thanks to both!
Tasting was well priced. I had no idea they had other wine besides champagne. Very pretty estate.
History and quality wines, the property is stunning, deli with amazing food options to pair with great wines!
The winery was beautiful, and the service, drinks, and food were excellent. Thank you very much. 🍾
We had such a great time visiting Korbel. We didn’t make a reservation and they were kind enough to try and accommodate us. While we waited we had some food and really enjoyed both the salad and sandwich. The salad tasted fresh and I really enjoyed the dressing. The sandwich was a good portion size and had a nice balance of all the ingredients. They have a beautiful area to sit outside and we got to enjoy the nice weather.
Our tasting was a lot of fun too. We sat inside their tasting room and our server was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the sparkling wines we were trying and it was clear that she loved what she did. She helped us pick the best flight that would meet our needs and interests.
There is some parking here although I’m not sure if it’s the same during busy times.

A nice place filled with history. We just did the tour & were lucky to have Deb as our guide. She made it fun & interesting. Grabbed sandwiches at the deli, which were awesome, and then headed out to the Redwoods & Goat Head Rock. A great day & great start at Korbel
Exclusive wines available at the tasting room.
We came for a nice treat and felt like a real burden. I'm sorry we arrived and you all had to acknowledge our existence. We were made to feel very uncomfortable as soon as we walked in. We've been to so many wineries and have never felt like a burden before. The wine was great but the middle aged women at the bar might make you feel less than.
Terrarium building class was wonderful & the charcuterie platter was delicious!
The tour and tasting here is a great experience, and incredibly affordable. You may be skeptical given Korbel’s widespread availability and affordable price point, but give it a shot! We stopped by on a whim and did the complimentary tour. Jack, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and funny. We learned a lot on the tour, both about California champagne production and the history of the Korbel family. Although a large company, Korbel is still family-owned and affordability is a core value - something that those of us in the wine industry should celebrate in balance with exclusivity in order to continue to welcome new consumers. I am early in my winemaking career and have already found that people like Jack, whether in production or tasting room, make all the difference in the industry by sharing their knowledge and excitement for wine. Cheers!
