I found this place while on vacation with my family and they insisted on coming back here every day of our trip.
This place makes some really unusual and delicious flavors like coriander raspberry and honey rose cardamom. I also loved the texture of the ice cream; it's light and not overly creamy or sticky.

my group stopped in after a day on the river and i’m so glad that we did. since we had so many folks we tried almost every flavor before ordering: lavender honey comb, whiskey butterscotch, cafe cubano, and bourbon plum were all heavy contenders. i couldn’t choose which one i wanted and luckily off menu you’re able to get a split scoop of two different flavors. my choice: lavender honeycomb and bourbon plum
would i go back? ABSOLUTELY

Their ice cream is from heaven! I don't know what the butterfat content is, but it is so decadent and creamy. They always have some fun flavors for the curious and adventurous as well as some standards for the more traditional ice cream lovers. And if you want ice cream on the go, they make their own amazing ice cream sandwiches.

The husband and I were in town for a day night and we decided to explore the main streets. We stopped by Nimble and Finn's since it was pretty warm out. We didn't realize it was an ice cream place since it was located inside an old bank. Everything looks renovated and beautiful. The line outside the door was what drew is on and I must, it did not disappoint! The service, food, location were all great!
I found out that the ice cream is handmade by these two women in Santa Rosa. This is a second location. We'll definitely be coming back when we're in the area!

Excellent ice cream made with organic local ingredients. High quality. Lavender honeycomb was delicious. Well balanced, full of flavour and not too sweet. Passion fruit and other fruits sorbet also very good (most sorbets are loaded with sugar - this was delicate in flavour and not at all too sugary despite citrus fruits) Handmade waffle cones available as upgrade (which were a tad too sweet for me) Could have had a few more seats but beautiful space and building
First time here and ordered the single, half/half of black sesame and earl grey - it was quite nice! Not too sweet and very flavorful!

I’ve been known to give five stars to places that win off of aura alone and this place is no different! And ice cream store inside of a bank??? How could I say no? It also helps that the flavors here are incredible and pack a lot of flavor.
Unfortunately, the seating isn’t that great inside of the store especially if it’s packed – but I came for ice cream and ice cream is what I got. I had the lavender honeycomb ice cream and I cannot be more happy with the decision I made.
Parking: I came in the evening when it was kind of busy and it had to end up parking on the street – which is OK but it’s just not convenient

We were craving dessert and thankfully this place was opened a little bit later than most. I loved the bank turned ice cream shop idea. It looks like the building stayed in good shape. The ice cream flavors were unique and good. I had the lavender honeycomb and mint. There was only one table inside and it was too cold to sit outside. Staff is really nice. I would recommend this place.
