How this place doesn't have a line out the door, I don't know. The cheesesteak was PHENOMENAL. My Oxbow burger was really good (could have used a little more spice for my liking). Mac and cheese was super creamy and awesome.

The Oxbow is a convenient spot to stop for a meal, located right by the highway. The outdoor seating area features patio heaters and friendly, attentive staff. The menu offers creative spins on Latin/Mexican and traditional cuisine, including the phenomenal cheesesteak and savory Oxbow burger. While portions may be on the smaller side, the food is consistently great, making it a worthwhile visit.
