As someone who's been here long enough to remember Seaside Metal, I'm happy to report that there's another ocean-side restaurant in town. It's got everything from a chowder in a light creamy broth, to oysters both hot and cold. The beet and cheese salad would clean your palate for just about anything, but is especially nice before a crab roll. If you don't try the crab roll, your descendants will never forgive you when they ask for adventures from your childhood. Top notch food and friendly service from owners Greg, Jenny and their staff will at least leave you stuffed and, if you're discriminate, deeply satisfied as well. Get a wine flight, the pours are generous!

Very tasty dinner. Baked Oysters were Excellent. Red white and blue salad one of the best I've had. And lastly- the crab roll was delicious! Great service and a nice vibe. Will come back.

As a local in Guerneville I am so jazzed this came to town. Just tried it out on a Monday night and it had a fun, casual and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is really enticing, fairly priced, all the dishes we had were delicious and the oyster selections (multiple options) are fresh! Favorites: oysters, obviously. And the crab sandwich was so delicious! And the poké bowl was fresh and really a nice bite if you're looking for fresh seafood! Service is good and it's fun to sit at bar, have some oysters, wine and conversation.

My family and I stumbled upon this place on Yelp while visiting Guerneville for the holidays. I noticed there weren't any reviews but later found out they just opened. We were thoroughly surprised that THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Chardonnay, cheese board, meat board, and oysters all hit the spot. And the house made focaccia stuffed with goat cheese, prosciutto, and broccolini blew us away. Our server, David, was so nice and very helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere was everything you're looking for in a quaint wine bar. Highly recommend!

A great new spot in town! Amazing oysters that I would recommend to anyone in the area. Both fresh and cooked were great. They also have a wonderful wine selection, along with other composed dishes. Definitely worth going if you like oysters!

I will drive all the way to this place just to have the home cured olives. They are absolutely astonishingly full of flavor! We were lucky to have stumbled upon this place their second day of opening. What brought us in was the lighting. It is warm and bright, but somehow in a calm way.We tasted a few wines and settled on a viognier. When visiting West Marin it is a must to order a cheese plate, as all of the cheeses will be local. Trillium’s cheese plate did not disappoint, with local West marin cheeses. We sat at the bar and watched beautiful dishes head out to tables. I wish we would have tried all of the dishes but we ran out of time! The oysters were absolutely fresh and delicious!Opening a restaurant takes courage, dedication and creativity. Trillium should not be missed! I applaud them, and look forward to trying dishes as the seasons change.
