This is our favorite taco truck of all time, which is inconvenient, as we live nowhere near Santa Nella, so only get there 1–3 times a year. Super-tasty vegetarian burritos and tacos on fresh, homemade tortillas served by the friendliest people! Great aguas frescas as well. Though it's a taco truck, modest seating is available nearby, and the adjacent Subway is available for a bathroom stop, water refill, or the kid who wants something familiar.

Easily the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. I travel up and down the state for work and try food trucks everywhere—El Gordo Taco Truck stands out. Shrimp was cooked perfectly, tortillas were homemade and fresh, and the avocado sauce is a must. I got the red sauce on the side for some heat. 10/10—don’t miss this spot.

This place might not look like much but it is amazing. Essentially just a trailer/food truck that they set up in a more permanent way. Nothing fancy but let me tell you, I've been all over the country and this place has the best tacos I've had and its not even close. Any time I am passing through, I can't help but stop in to grab a few Quesabirria tacos and a large Jamaica Agua fresca. There are a few tables outside if the weather is nice. Very polite and lovely ladies inside. Not super quick but not slow. They clearly do some prep and then come to make your food fresh, when you order it. I've stopped in here about 10 times now and I am blown away with how good the food is, every single time.

The food was delicious. I was unsure about the Chipotle sauce but she talked me onto tasting it and wow. The el gordo burrito and the asada fries were delicious.

I had ordered food here, but they took the order of someone who came after me and made his food first. They completely forgot about my order and even closed their taco truck while I was still waiting. The other customer got his food—probably because he was a Spanish speaker.
