If you love pea soup, PSA is a must. If like most people, pea soup is pretty mid in your culinary pantheon, then take it or leave it. But either way, at least stop and check it out for the kitsch factor. Not many of these highway oases left from the era of North American automobilization.
My bestie and I stopped in while on our way home from a weekend road trip. We decided to have a drink and a bite to eat in the bar. We encountered Kelly, the bartender. Kelly was so much fun. She kept us laughing and entertained the entire time. We'll be back more often to pay Ms. Kelly a visit. Thank you Kelly for a great way to end our fun weekend getaway. P.S. the food and drinks were great too. We split the hot turkey and mashed potato sandwich.
Terrible waitress. Asked for water, recieved none. Tried to charge me twice for a drink. Tried to charge me for entire table when she knew everyone was supposed to get a bill.
