I'd heard Vegas had some big Asian supermarkets in Chinatown, kinda like the 99 Ranch chain we have in CA. My Asian friend that lives in Vegas took me here. This 168 Market seemed pretty much like all the bigger Asian supermarkets with all the same departments, like the dim sum area, hot deli food area and Chinese BBQ area with roast duck and BBQ pork and ribs. The seafood section will clean the fish for you and has live animals to sell you. The bakery section sell all kinds...
Good food and inexpensive. Many different selections, ranged from Cantonese dim sum, traditional Chinese breakfast, hot food, to cold dishes. Green chives turnover, beef tandem, pig knuckle are my favorites over there. Not a high quality place, but good enough for ordinary taste.
