I ordered golden and spicy chicken today and as soon as I saw the chicken, I was so disappointed. Spicy chicken were not covered any sauce, they just barely put sauce on them. I called store and asked why, they said, they did it that way and it is original receipt due to many customers complained of spiciness. I searched its main picture in Manu and saw they are fully covered. So they lied. If its not spicy, do not put it on as spicy chicken.

The chicken was very good. We got the spicy original and soy garlic. The food was good because our food was just prepared and was hot off the kitchen. Service was a bit confusing as when we got to the store they had us input our order on the kiosk. It might be that they didn't have time to input the order since we phone it in. There was definitely a language barrier of some sort. But we ended up getting our food at the end. No comment on ambiance as the place really is for takeout. There is very limited space for you to sit there to eat. I think the seating is really for people to sit and wait to pick up their orders.

Can really feel this branch of bb.q nickle and diming you. There's no inside trash can. They use the publicly provided one outside. Paid for multiple orders of chicken and only got one container of sliced radish, instead of the usual one per order. If you dine in, they don't provide a cup of water if asked.Go to the location in Rowland Heights instead. This branch doesn't have the quality control you'd expect from a chain.

This location is much closer from my house, but I've started going to the new location in Rowland Heights. Their food quality is much better.Come on guys, you really need to do some more quality control. It used to be ok, 4 stars, but the quality declined even more after the ownership change.

Would I recommend? Never. Ordered a large takeout. They told me to come in 30 min. Arrived on time but they said I have to wait a few minutes because the food wasn't quite ready. No problem. Paid, gave a nice tip and started to wait. 10 min later, asked for an update. Should be almost done. 27 minutes later, food is ready. Woot! Finally. Asked for one extra radish side since they only gave me 2 for an order over $150. They refused and said it would have to be a charge but they couldn't take a credit card for such a small amount.Seriously? $15 dollar tip. More than $150 spent, 27 minute delay and they can't even suck up 30 cents? Thanks for showing how much you care for your customers and a terrible experience! Will never be back. And it only saved you $.30.

(7/10)Getting Pickled Radish ($0.99) on the side is a musttt. I would pass on the Secret Side Sauce ($1.99); it's just like a garlsweet chili sauce.
This small place used to make good crispy chicken wings and kangnam style wings as well. Now, the place is going down the hill. I am not complaining about how chicken piece size got smaller or none of that. Their wings are not crispy ANYMORE!. I assume there's been a change of ownership or cook recently. Gone down hill in quality. Last time I ordered soy garlic bone in and it had barely any sauce and looked naked. This time I ordered boneless soy garlic and it was well sauced but I think they ran out of chicken or gave me scraps. I brought it home and nibbled on two pieces and put it away for later. The pieces felt small and dry. When I went to reheat them, well, I will let the photo do the talking. This is a rip off! Not even two or three normal sized pieces out of all this? I will not return. Used to be my favorite korean chicken, now I will try the other places around here.

We ordered the Mala Ddeok bokki ($13.99) with extra cheese ($2). The portion was a lot smaller too. They did not provide disposable gloves and they do not have a restroom. The store was tiny with four (4) tables with two (2) chairs each. They can be moved together for a bigger group. I do not recommend big groups because of the space. It is not my first time here but unfortunately, I do have to report it isn't the same as before. This is a small store that's more of a take out. Nothing to report on service. Typical service you would get anywhere.The food quality isn't the same. The chicken wings are smaller than before and a bit more dry than I can remember. We threw out the corn salad because it smelled putrid and tasted sour. Fries were mediocre at best. The sauce flavors is still pretty good.
