This is a hidden gem 💎. Great service despite it being a busy restaurant. If you are craving Vietnamese food or just a simple beverage (boba, milk tea, etc.), you are in the right place. Thank you for the very kind cashier and the hardworking staff members. I plan to come back more often 🥰

New owners, new restaurant, I went to what was Koi Thai for my favorite pineapple fried rice! Now it's a Vietnamese sandwiches place! New owners a nice family people! I wish them much success! I love that the pork bahn Mi came in a nice take-out box instead of wrapped in paper with a rubber band! I also ordered Thai tea bobs. Obviously from a mix, it wasn't completely mixed! Granules of powder still on the bottom! They do have fried rice dishes, next time I’ll try those!

I love this place and food is PERCECTO! And their price! Atmosphere has flies and warm but it's enjoyable overall! Has lots of delicious Vietnamese items to pick! Location is shady looking though but it's fine and overall chill just be careful of surroundings!

Really enjoyed this Vietnamese restaurant — the BMC pho was incredibly tasty! Fresh meat, rich broth. Cozy atmosphere, clean, and fast service. Convenient parking nearby. The true taste of Vietnam in every bite — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible location, with lazy employees that literally refused to take an order. Only wanted to sell pre-made products, which they were specifically told I have an allergy to an ingredient in the already made spring rolls.
There were no customers, and she claimed that they were too busy to make anything. Came at 4:00pm, and they wouldn’t make anything. It’s ridiculous.
We even attempted to buy the spring rolls, because only one of us has the allergy (and was fine to go hungry or find another place to eat, though incredibly inconvenient) as well as a dessert from their fridge, and then the manager even denied selling those items because she pushed us to buy more, saying she didn’t want to sell using contactless payment under $10-which, post Covid, not many businesses require cash anymore. At that point, we were beyond frustrated with this old lady’s blatant rudeness, obvious laziness to do any work, and refusal to accept any business. Even AFTER the woman didn’t care about a stated food allergy, and denied taking a new order, we STILL tried to give them business, and because she was greedy AND didn’t want to work, we had to walk out.
This is not the way to succeed in business. DO NOT GO HERE, I guarantee you’ll find dozens of better Vietnamese restaurants close by, that actually give a damn about running a good business, and taking orders instead of refusing the way this awful place did.
