Great beef and service professional. Even the customers were engaging.

I really enjoyed this. They also made accommodations by switching things out that I didn’t like eating for other things I enjoy.

Horrible experience. We waited over 30 min to get seated for two people. A family of 6 who has just gotten there got sat before us. After finally getting seated, there was no servers in sight for over 20 min.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent interview experience. The interviewer, Wendy, arrived 30 minutes late without prior notice. While I understand unexpected things can happen, a more timely and professional approach would have been appreciated.

When she arrived, she casually walked past me and continued talking to another employee. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. Wendy finally sat down with me and said she was sorry, she "forgot" about the interview.

Completely disrespectful and lack of regard for my time. Forgetting is not an excuse.

This experience has raised serious concerns about the company's management.

I recently visited Boiling Point and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Unlike other similar establishments, this Boiling Point location stood out to me in several ways. Firstly, I found the taste of the food to be superior, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable.Additionally, I appreciated that the waiting time was relatively short compared to what I've experienced at other places. This made the entire dining process more convenient and efficient.Most notably, I was satisfied to discover that I could order unlimited rice and receive double the amount of meat. This added value to my meal and left me feeling very satisfied with my dining experience.Overall, I highly recommend Boiling Point for its delicious food, short waiting times, and generous serving options. I will definitely be returning for more!
