Great food. Can be very slow sometimes. Not sure if there is a bathroom here
Noodles
Just buying takeout, food is matching Taiwanese homeland cooking. People are very nice and offer help to put food in my trunk.
Located in a strip mall in a residential area. This restaurant has parking. Service is fast and they can cook delicious food. Must try when you’re in this area. We tried plenty of dishes.
The food was really good! I ordered several classic dishes and asked them to reduce the spiciness for my friends who are more sensitive to spicy foods, and it was about right. I would recommend you to leave it as is if you enjoy spicy foods, however. Their beef noodle soup was nothing special, but their fish and other dishes were amazing. I'll have to come back to try their dumplings sometime, because I saw many people having it and I came during an off hour time. Parking was easy to find but it was a very small parking lot.

There used to be an older lady working there who is very nice. Now there’s a younger lady who is rude and passive aggressive, and she gives you a much smaller portion of rice when you order!
The food here taste good but not oily at all, this place is probably one of the healthiest Taiwanese restaurant in town. Plus the drinks are savory and cheap, and service is good.

I have come to this locally run restaurant many times now and their food has always been consistent and cooked on time for pickup or dining in. Prices are still reasonable here and it will feed you for multiple meals for the week. My favorites here are the braised pork belly with tofu, the garlic eggplant and also now the cumin beef is very tasty. Their beef noodle soup and dumplings are also solid and will fill you up. I'm definitely a fan of the braised or stir fried dishes here. I have yet to try some of the preserves items here, but I will in the future.

It's a fairly small place but the food is excellent and so it fills up fast with diners. I enjoyed the mapo tofu and the salt and pepper shrimp.

I tasted mostly everything here, the only dish is impressive enough to mention is their pickle fish soup, truly well made. The rest of the items are average rating.

Local Restaurant, Budget-Friendly, and Old-School CuisineIt was my last meal in LA for this trip, and Cindy's was our final choice! In brief, Cindy's Kitchen offered delicious food at a budget-friendly price. The portions were generous, especially the Beef Noodle soup – it absolutely must-have. The side dishes were also excellent and served as good time-killers. It seems this place is taken care of by only one friendly Ta-Jie (Big Sister). So food may take a bit longer time than usual.

Small local restaurant with some great beef noodle soup and homemade dumplings.
Best way to describe the flavors are warm and homey.
Super tender and large portions of beef and tendon with bok choy to contrast the dark rich soup and perfectly cooked noodles.
Ask for the homemade chili oil and mustard greens to pair everything together.
Vegetarian options: Stir fried pickled vegetables and vegetable dumplings as an option.

Traditional and authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Wide choices of local street favorites. Everything is so good except room for improvement on the Beef Noodles.
No frills dining. Small eating area but usually no wait to eat here. I ordered the beef noodle soup with tendon. They’re really generous with noodles and just enough braised beef, tendon and bokchoy. Frozen house made wontons, buns, and dumplings are available for purchase as well.
