Beef noodle soup was pretty good and filling, but the star of the show was the pork rice. Never knew the pork could be so tender and they give you like two bowls worth of rice

After three visits here, I feel like I can give a good review of the menu. Cindy's Kitchen is a hole in the wall that only seats about 18 people so it looks like some regulars opt to order food to go. They have a wide variety of options from noodle dishes to stir fry dishes to rice bowl options so there's something for everyone. They also make/sell frozen XLB, wontons, buns and dumplings which I've not tried. Unfortunately, they don't sell XLB for dine in customers but they do offer dumplings and wontons. Beyond all this, they have many cold dishes at the deli counter and most of these are pretty good so they can compliment the stir fry dishes. As other have noted, they only have 1 person in the front of house so service may be slower. I think there's only 2 people in the kitchen. In my three dinner visits, I only saw one non-Chinese speaking table so I have no idea how well the waitress can communicate in English but there is English on the menu as well as on all the signs for the sides and frozen foods for sale. Parking lot isn't big but if you come for dinner, the other businesses may be closed which helps. Check out my pics including the menu.

It took us several years to stop by this restaurant a block away from home, especially since we had peaked in before and wasn't sure what they specialized in. After the guise of our fellow yelpers, we ordered the beef stew and it has become part of our go to places nearby. It's typical to see clients show up with their personal pots, an indication that they plan to use to host large parties. Each time we go, we try a something different but in all honesty, it's the beef stew with noodles that had us returning.

Heard about this place from my coworker and we decided to come here for lunch on a Wednesday at 1200. Tiny parking lot and even smaller inside with just 5-6 tables. It was really busy and packed and there were a lot of people coming in to pick up orders to go. One lady, I'm assuming the owner, was pretty much doing everything in the front of the house. Serving, taking orders, cleaning, etc. Me and my coworker got the beef noodle soup and it was really good. You can get spicy or mild and we got mild. The color of the beef looked a little weird, but it was nice and tender and falls apart. I usually don't like bok choy, but it was also really good. I also liked the pickled mustard they have on each table that you can add to your noodles. It was also a really huge bowl, way bigger than most other beef noodle soup I have had at other places. Around $30 for two big bowls of noodles is also a pretty good price. Like I said earlier, it is one lady working so it took about 20-30 minutes to get our food. I didn't mind as I had nothing else to do, but if you're impatient, you might not like eating here. Really big menu with a lot of different stuff on there. They also have frozen dumplings and buns for sale and a lot of cold item appetizers that looked really good. I'll be back to try some of the other stuff on the menu.

Family operates, good food, good service, small dining space but good atmosphere. I always order twice cooked pork with cabbage. My favorite there but this dish maybe oily to you, same here but good taste.

Great place to eat at or to take out- since I'm a YT many of these dishes are new for me and they are tasty and healthy as well- Don't second guess this place- the quick to go food is the best- veggies to the wild meat dishes- I am thinking of going there tonight again - get a few samples to make sure you like to - don't be shy/ ask for 4 samples to make sure you get what you love!!!!

If you're a foodie, this is a true hole in the wall type of restaurant. The plaza and the exterior of the restaurant makes it look pretty bad but its food is completely the opposite. Every plate we've ordered have been excellent. Better than most shops in the area. They don't need to fix anything because old and new customers will go back regardless. Never judge a book by its cover.

Wow Cindy's continues to be a solid local spot and consistent with their quality. This time we ordered their cucumber/bittermelon/seaweed/spicy bean curd good dishes, beef tendon noodle soup, soybean sauce (zha jiang mian) noodle, shrimp/pork/leek dumplings and house tofu. I loved everything except for the house tofu because it was fried and I prefer braised, soft tofu. Otherwise, every other dish we ordered was lit. Can't wait to come back for more!!!

Cindy's is an awesome hole in the wall Taiwanese restaurant, and they carry most standard Chinese takeout dishes. They don't deliver but do offer pickup. We've eaten there and picked up, and have been very happy with both. They have amazing homemade dumplings, which you can buy frozen or cooked (we've done both). They also have a deli case of cold dishes. We've ordered a LOT of different dishes there, and have honestly never been disappointed. The food is super flavorful and definitely seems more fresh and less syrupy than some Chinese restaurants. The meat is tender and the veggies are al dente. It's not a super fancy spot, but the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is lovely - always super friendly and accommodating. The first time we went we showed up with a large group and a baby, and even though it's a small place they were great about it. There's a lot of Taiwanese and Chinese places in the area, but this is our go-to local spot. Would recommend.

It's a fairly small place but the food is excellent and so it fills up fast with diners. I enjoyed the mapo tofu and the salt and pepper shrimp.

My go to Chinese restaurant! Food is amazing every time I come here. My favorite is the tripe with chili oil. Great appetizer to start with. I also love the eggplant and dumplings. It taste homemade and love every bite of it! Staff is amazing and always making sure our food is good. It's a cozy and homey place to eat. Parking can sometimes be limited but there's always a place to park. Overall my favorite Chinese restaurant!
