I came to eat here the other day, I ordered and told the cashier that it was for here to dine in, the cashier stood quiet and made a face, I asked him if we were not allowed to eat here and he made a face and noice with his mouth and teeth, he was rude, he then said yeah i guess you can, but he said it with a bad attitude. It was still early and closing was in about 3 hours, I ended up leaving, I will never come here again, he said his name was Brian but I feel he gave me the wrong name. Very rude and bad customer service.

Unusual place to order a steak salad but I’m glad I did because it’s delicious! Regular here now just for this salad ! Really good and healthy & the drunken noodles are great too! Prices are pricy but worth it being that even fast food is expensive these days!

This is not Thai Food. It's Gross Food. It's dry and the noodles are stale. Some dishes aew extremely oily so it's like playing at the casino. You win some and you lose some here.
The owner Dean is insane. He is extremely rude towards his guests.
There are so many other Thai restaurants in the area like Basil and Co. Go there! It's night and day. If you like dry and oily noodles but you don't know what you will get, then come dine here.

Would easily be 5-star rated if this restaurant is located in Burbank, Fullerton, or Torrance instead. But not in Rowland Heights where there are many Chinese restaurants and others to go to for less money with better quality and value. Competition is really fierce in this area, and I think this place will go out of business soon. This place is also getting fewer customers now than before it first opened, so they may be doing something wrong without noticing yet.
We ordered Drunken Noodle and Pad See Ew, but they put in too many vegetables inside and too few noodles, so the food ends up with the not so authentic Thai taste, maybe cooked in error, and the price doesn't worth it. Would like a refund credit or retry, if accepted. My understanding is the kitchen only puts in a small 1-2 cut block of big flat rice noodle in each plate, but other Thai or Chinese restaurants usually put in 3-4, or half bag.
Only credit here is the Thai Iced Tea for $1.50 with entree, but no free refill. Nearby, there are the more-popular Hong Kong Cafe style restaurants with lemon tea or milk tea for $1.50 also with free refill too. I guess the smart diners know for a while where to go to, and it's not here.

My food tastes burnt apparently that's how it's supposed to be cooked I have gotten pad see ew before and never tasted like that. And when I called to inform them they said it's supposed to taste like that and if I want a refund I had to take it all the way back to them to get it... Never coming back here again

You were not ready because you cared too much about your big takeout order. I am not a dine-in customer. I have been coming here since the store opened until yesterday, but I will not come after today! Because I believe that you are not the former boss, he will not treat his old customers like this! I am not in a hurry to eat at noon, so what am I waiting for? Sitting in a smoky restaurant and watching an arrogant giant prepare a big order? You can post your surveillance video so that you can see when we are seated, and then you can decide how to prepare to deal with the comments on this matter.
I do not recommend this Thai restaurant. Everything was either just okay or disappointing. It also got hot inside. It did have cute random decor.
Okay: Thai red curry tasted normal and good. We asked for extra spicy and it was.. very mild. We also ordered chili and basil crispy pork rice which is not a fried rice version, it just means it comes with rice on the side which caught a few of us off guard.
Really disliked: probably the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever tried, but to be fair, I also don’t like pad Thai. Thai fish sauce just tasted like salty low quality fish sauce, which you’d know is bad if you’ve tried a yummy version with well infused Thai chili flavor.
I would never return here. Idek the prices. Portions were good. I think there’s a worker here who has hair like cloud from ff7 so that’s fun? Sometimes you just gotta judge a place by its font and logo.

Been coming here a lot recently. The food is good and made fairly quickly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. Not the typical sterile environment, lots of decor. The staff is super friendly, they just need to make sure the prices listed online reflect the in-store price, which it currently does not.
