Made an online order to pick up at the drive thru and thay messed up. I was missing 3 of my items (that i was charged for) and didn't notice until i got home, couldn't go back cuz this is not the closest to where i live so that's that

Food was great 👍 however the service at the Hacienda Hts store was terrible! The lady taking orders was so rude & got mad because of special orders! The male cook kept giving ugly looks at us! We spent $50. I feel we were treated terrible! They're Hispanic as we are so it wasn't a racist act they shouldn't have anything to do with customers if they're that miserable!

Drive thru here is super tight. Prices are good. The food was okay. Getting in and out of shopping plaza is not good. Parking here is very limited

I tend to drop by this place in the middle of the night when there isn't much open so the food isn't a fresh as it could be. The staff is always nice.
It seems like a lack of empathy to me, I entered with my 5-year-old daughter. To borrow the bathroom later I planned to consume. (bathroom emergencies can't wait) and when I opened the door and asked for permission, they threw the door in my face and almost hit my daughter on her foot. If there is no good attention, the rest matters very little.

On Saturday went through the drive-through order five Del beef tacos and fish tacos and fish tacos was good but no limes in there We ordered Del beef tacos and the way that Tacos look on the inside look like snack tacos barely had Little meet cheese no lettuce and a pinch of tomatoes it was more shell I was highly disappointment with that order and the fries was greasy We always go to this Del taco and this time I was not satisfied with the order and we always preferred this Del tacos matter fact we have one down the street from us
Parking: There’s always plenty of parking there we went to the drive-through got our food and we went home looked at the tacos I was several disappointment and with the greasy fries half cooked my favorite Del taco disappoint me this time
