The sour bamboo shoots are very salty (I, a southerner, like to eat sour bamboo shoots. Before I went abroad, I ate sour bamboo shoots everywhere. The ones here are twice as salty as the normal sour bamboo shoots). The chopped peppers are very spicy, so be careful not to add too much.

Best Guilin rice noodle I have ever tried in California. It looks pretty authentic too. The fried pork topping is a must-try. I like the dry mix style more than the soup style.

Please ignore the reviews around 2 years ago, now it is a total different restaurant, they only dedicated in rice noodles. This is one of my top choice of Guilin style rice noodles in town.Very delicious Guilin rice noodles, rice noodles can be added for free, eat as much as you can but don’t waste it, there are very spicy chili, you can challenge it

The store is tidy and clean, which makes people feel good. The waiter has a good attitude and will wait patiently and introduce the dishes to you. Their rice noodles are all for you to add the ingredients you want, and you can mix them according to your own taste. I personally like their tomato chicken soup, especially if the throat is uncomfortable or the weather Serving a bowl when it’s cold will make people feel warm, or if the weather is hotter, you can try cold rice noodles and pot roast, which are also crispy and crunchy. It’s hard not to love. I have eaten at this store many times and I really feel good! If you like spicy food, you must try their chili sauce! Highly recommend everyone to try it out! ??
