I asked if they could put together some meat and cheese for a charcuterie and the gentlemen that cut it up for us was amazing. He showed my daughter how to set up the meats and she knocked it out of the park. Thank you guys so much.

Once you try the Harris ranch meat here you can't go back to the other meats. I'm on the Carnivore Diet because of my autoimmune problems and the meat here is awesome!

picked up some filet mignon..boy the cooked up great and were delicious. staff was nice enough to cut up individually for my party of six. garlic bread was great too!
