Jack in the Box

I'm 65 years old. They would not take my order and told me that I needed to order from the machine. They gave me a cup for my drink and stopped me from filling my drink because they said it was a refill. It was not a refill, they just gave me my cup! When we start using machines, we are allowing AI to remove the human soul. It starts out smaller but once you allow it more than a few times you have just sold your soul to AI and there is no going back. Don't allow AI and the brainwashed to make you substitute a human for a machine because if you allow the intimidation you are helping the sentient AI to gain control of our souls.

This location has no consideration for any food allergies that customers may have. If you ask for no cheese, they will just scrape it off and give it back to you like that.

They do not close at 3am like it says!

This restaurant has really bad service. I went at 7:30pm on Drive Thru and employees were dancing playing around, seen me at the window and still took them awhile to assist me. I had went back because they messed up my order. They gave me a Homestyle sandwich instead of spicy, a cheesecake instead of chocolate cake, tacos didnt have no cheese at all,lettuce and so little meat literally it was the taco shell pretty much. Stephanie, not sure if shes a manager but as a manager looks very unproffesional the way she was with her employees playing around and not assisting the drive thru line. I believe thats why they messed up our orders too much playing around and not paying attention, we had 2 separate orders and both were wrong. Dont go to this Jacks, very poor service and bad quality food.

Jack in the Box provided a wonderful dining experience. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. The food was outstanding, particularly the flavorful burgers and crispy onion rings that were simply delightful. The lively ambiance with its modern and upbeat vibe created an enjoyable setting for a casual meal with friends. Highly recommend it for a satisfying and enjoyable fast-food experience.

Drive Thru experience wasn't the best. The employee couldn't hear us and asked us to repeat everything, over and over. The owners might want to invest in a new microphone and headset.

Usually really hot food and good I eat there with hot ebt they accept yummy teriyaki bowl with a egg roll

The baby began to cry, and both the employee and another colleague stopped serving customers to hold him and entertain him. The worst part was that they took the baby into the kitchen while handling food without wearing gloves, which is completely unhygienic. Additionally, drive-thru orders were left sloppy, and there were two young men seated inappropriately who appeared to be relatives of the employee. It was a terrible experience, full of carelessness and lack of professionalism. I don't recommend this place.

Sourdough jack was not toasted bread was crumbling and cold! How can you not toast the bread on a grilled Sourdough? Drive thru sucks because now I'm home with a cold sandwich
