I arrived at this Jack in the Box and ordered food to eat there. An older employee, in her 60s, was already working when her son, daughter-in-law and grandson, a 9-month-old baby, arrived. The baby began to cry, and both the employee and another colleague stopped serving customers to hold him and entertain him. The worst part was that they took the baby into the kitchen while handling food without wearing gloves, which is completely unhygienic. Additionally, drive-thru orders were left sloppy, and there were two young men seated inappropriately who appeared to be relatives of the employee. It was a terrible experience, full of carelessness and lack of professionalism. I don't recommend this place.

No one here at 5am, wasted my time and gas.

The ladys that attended us were rude and very unprofessional. The food was cold and fries were hard.

Sourdough jack was not toasted bread was crumbling and cold! How can you not toast the bread on a grilled Sourdough? Drive thru sucks because now I'm home with a cold sandwich

The tacos were good but when me and a friend went to order by drive thru, we tried to order separately but the lady said we had to buy it together which I did not like, I wonder why we couldn't pay separately?

I been eating jack in the box for a very long time but in this location the cashier name Brenda is the most amazing and friendly cashier I ever had,every time I go there I leave with a smile because she always has a great attitude regardless of how busy she is and I believe every single employee should be just like her but I doubt it,she is one in a million,I beg jack to congratulate and value this employee for always making my day , kudos Brenda!!!???
