3rd time I've been to a 24 hr drive thru jack in the box that isn't 24 hr this past 2 weeks. I get off work around 3 am and I'm looking for something quick as to not wake anyone up at home and they're always closed around that time but claim to be 24hrs. If you're hungry or looking for a quick bite I'd recommend tacos mexico or del taco near this location.

The store says 24 hour location. When to pick up mobile order at 4:00 am and the guy says to wait in the front, that they will bring the food to me. As I was sitting there, I think it was a girl, really scraggly voice, yelled at me and said they they were closed and not going to make anything. Then they have some idiot parked in the handicap with no placard. Get it together people, always problems at this location.

The food was ok but the service and workers are rude, someone next to me asked for a bigger straw because she couldnt drink her milkshake with the skinny ones, the guy gave her a look and said in a sassy tone "No, those are only for boba, nothing else." So we looked at each other like WHAT?? and then I asked for a straw because I got boba so I said " Do you mind if I get an extra straw please?" and he was like hesitant and so I said " I am sharing my drink with someone" but I wasn't so he gave me another straw and I went outside and gave it to the girl. So Rude.

The food was hard and tasted off. We couldn’t eat it. My daughter and I both got sick following our visit and all day today. We both had crispy chicken sandwiches of some sort. The woman that took our order was very nice though. She was very pleasant and accommodating. The “atmosphere” was what you would expect any fast food place atmosphere to be at 9 at night. They all looked like they wanted to turn off the lights and go home, but nobody was rude. They all smiled at us and asked if we were doing ok. I’m not saying everyone is going to get sick. I’m just saying we did.
