McDonald’s food is always good. And there was nothing wrong with the food.The the chicken nuggets seemed a little bit more crispy, like they left it a little too long in the fryer and it kinda tasted burnt but everything else was fine. I got a shamrock shake and that was really good.

I'm sorry but this place is just sad and should go out of business. Besides my orders being constantly wrong the employees here have no work ethic. Last week visit I order 4 McFlurry and 2 large fries the employee at the drive thru responded "dam hold up your making me work today". Today visit my change should've been 24cents. The worker gave me 20 cents back and said I have no pennies. She couldn't ask her manager for change lol idk if it's laziness or ignorance but with they're lack of professionalism and they're minimum wage going up its not worth coming here. Also if u go for ice cream the baskin robbins right behind them is cheaper.

Placed a mobile order 9:35am and walked out at 10am. When I arrived I wanted to make sure two of the eight sandwiches I ordered had no cheese, so I told the girl taking orders and she said she would make sure they didn't. So I stood there watching customer after customer come in, place their order and get their food. I was trying to ask about my order but the person taking orders would walk to the back once he was done. I kept trying to get his attention because another customer did not get his drinks, and as he waited at the counter he was ignored. I finally got his attention and he told the customer waiting for drinks, someone was working on them. This customer had been waiting probably 10 minutes already. How long does it take to get a coffee and a Latte? Another customer came back into the restaurant because something was missing from her order, she asked me if I had been helped because she saw me earlier and I told her No. When she got the rest of her order, she told the Manager I hadn't been helped. The Manager asked what my order was and had it done immediately. So once I received my order, I told the manager about the drinks the other customer was waiting for. I left so I'm not sure how much longer he waited. This was my fourth visit to this McDonald's in the two years I've lived in this area because everytime I come, the service is terrible!!

I will not eat at any McDonald's, again. Especially the two in Hacienda Heights! They are NOTORIOUS for getting my drive-thru order wrong 99% of the time! I don't want an apology or my food replaced or compensated, I want my order to be right, so I don't have to go back for the items that were supposed to be in my order!
This place is amazing with the best staff and best food freshly cooked around, out of all the McDonald's in the area this is the best one around.

This is actually my favorite McDonald’s that I go to. I don’t eat McDonald’s all the time but when I do, I will literally drive the extra couple of miles just to go to this one. The food is always good and the service is always good. What more can you ask for from McDonald’s really.

Such trash. Whoever was cooking tonight should definitely be fired. Ordered two #7 meals. One combo with cheese and one combo without cheese. Whoever made the cheeseburgers literally made a grill cheese. One burger had zero meat. Like what?
