I have an online order. The restaurant not accept it and this supervisor just give us attitude and said I am not going to accept the online order without any apology with an angry face. Don’t know how a restaurant will hire a supervisor with this attitude. Go to other meet fresh. Ask him why not turn off online order he just said nope I am not going to.

Almost didn't make it - I almost had to pee at the counter. This cashier wasn't going to give me the code for the bathroom. She told me that the code is at the bottom of the receipt. LOL anyway as of 9-4-24 the code for the restroom is 16971.

I ordered online and go pick up at Hacienda Heights location, I didn’t receive any text messages says my order is ready, so I was waiting in store, after about 15mins I asked if my order is ready, they gave me a bag which sit there before I came in to the store. The ice all melted when I got home. no text, no email, no phone calls, no service.

This Taiwanese dessert shop serves authentic Taiwanese shaved ice and other cold/hot desserts. The mark up is pretty incredible compared with other Meet Fresh stores in Taiwan. The food was pretty good if you haven’t tried one yet. I would recommend you order 1/3 of the sugar for your desert, if you care about your body/health. Also, I also recommend adding the pudding to your order to offset the reduction of extra sugar as It makes your shaved ice tasting much better.

I love meet fresh, this is my first time visit this location at Hacienda Heights. It's busier than other location I've been to. I wasn't sure where to order as bunch people standing right in front of cashier and I was standing in "lines" for 5 minutes and saw there's a waitress at the counter but not helping guide customer, so I asked "how can I order", she says " I'm not going to take order". I'm not feeling comfortable with the service or maybe just this once. I guess I'm not coming back to this location again.

Wow, the other reviews weren't kidding about the cleanliness situation. Right after I sat down with my friends, I saw this black lump of something on the seat next to her and I wordlessly pointed at it because I wasn't sure if it was a giant bug or something... She wasn't sure what it was either, but we assumed it was a ball of uneaten/discarded food. I didn't see a place where we could get napkins(??) so I just grabbed some paper towels from the restrooms to clean the table... The kiosk makes ordering convenient but it kept malfunctioning and wouldn't process our order at first, so thankfully it hadn't gotten busy yet and there weren't too many people waiting behind us when we were trying to order. They don't appear to call when your order is ready here. The food wasn't bad. Very large bowls (in my opinion) that you can split with friends. Personally I can't eat that much by myself so my friends and I split a bowl between three people.

I want to report a problem. When I went to buy something, I found that your staff were chatting while making products, even chatting while facing the products. They did not wear sanitary masks. In particular, one of the staff occasionally coughed slightly and covered his mouth with his hands when coughing. Then he made products without washing his hands. I felt that this was a very unhygienic behavior, because I don’t know if saliva flew into the products when talking. It is recommended that you do not chat while making products and wear a transparent sanitary mask.

Only place to go for shaved ice and taro balls. Friendly staff and quick and easy ordering from the kiosk or directly from the cashier. Menus are posted to the right when you walk in.

First time to be disappointed with this place. It was not busy. Slow to get the orders out. They recognized this one person and expedited that order immediately after it was placed. One couple canceled their order; I guess they were tired of waiting. One carryout order was left on the counter for at least five minutes before they decided to call out the number. Lesson learned: Do not pre-tip. Only tip after the order is ready.
