I came here to hang out with a friend of mine after Thanksgiving. The popcorn chicken was better back then, I think there is a lack of flavor and they don't put as much anymore. The service was not bad, and the lady who served my food was nice. But she just needs to listen to customers carefully when placing orders. I clearly said no ice, and she gave me ice. Then I told her that I ordered my Thai tea with no ice, and she just tried to say it would be too sweet without the ice. I knew that, and she tried to defend herself by saying that I didn't tell her. That was definitely not true, so I corrected her on that. At the end, it really was not that big of a deal, and she did politely fix my order. The place is not as big, but clean.

About as bad as you can get. I've ordered from quite a few Quickly's, but this one is awful. Don't know if it's connected with the newly opened restaurant next door, but there was only one person working. Only one party in front of us, and it took them 15 minutes to get their drinks. We ordered something very simple...5 orders of passion fruit green tea. Took us 45 minutes to complete the order. I am sorry to say, but that elderly woman was slow as molasses.

Maybe the cook/ lady at register was having a bad day but it doesn't really excuse rice taking an hour to be made. Went to order just for a side of rice and she said 30 minutes to start. When I came back the second time she repeated it will take another 30 minutes. An hour later decided to get a refund which she laughed as she handed over my money. Don't really appreciate the service. Definitely going to the one in Rowland from now on.

It was the only open boba place on a Monday at 8.30pm so we went. Worst boba I ever had :( I was very disappointed, won't be coming back.

If u could write negative stars I wouldThe lady Lee who works there acts so clueless liek doesn't know how things go with stampsShe was rude and short didn't let me use my stamp card for a free drink She told me I can't add topping and I can't get a large even if I pay the dog fence which I had in the pastThe owner comes out and doesn't apologize for anything he said use your free drink card next timeWhy would I do that if I want to use it now They are both idiots and I won't ever come here again the policy changes every time I go in no wonder no one every buys drinks there anymore Y'all can suck it the vibes and cleanliness are horrible now too thanks new owner

Been going to this place for over 10 years. I recently made a decision not to continue to give this place my business. They made mistake too often, and last week was the last time I'll go back. Their food is great, but I rather find my business to honest and business that respects their customers. This place truly doesn't care about their customers and I so never go back.

Friendly staff. Ordered thai tea, popcorn chicken & french fries. Everything came out in a timely manner and snacks were excellent.

The customer service is AMAZING and the food gives you a trip to all the way to china. 5/5 really enjoyed eating here.
It tastes too bad, and the snacks are even worse. How can I eat them if they are all fried to a crisp?

Boba milk tea really tastes bad. It just tastes like water and sugar. It has no tea or milk flavor. The boba is not fresh.

This place sucks! I ordered beef chow mein and medium size mango slush. The slush is OK but the chow mein is disappointing. I kept sweating after the first bite of the noodle. It wasn't spicy at all maybe the chef added MSG or something special in the noodle. I've eaten noodle nth year in my life. I've never had problem when eating chow mein until today. I should've thrown the plate on the ground but I know I'll be charged 1000 thousand dollars for a broken plate. I won't return anymore. They'll feel bad for losing a customer.

This place deserves ZERO stars! Walked in at 12 noon and nobody was in line and nobody was waiting for an order. The place was completely empty. I rang the counter bell twice within 10 mins. and nobody came to the counter. People in the back saw me but nobody came to the counter to take my order. I finally went next door to the connected restaurant and the lady there said she could take my order. 3 drinks and popcorn chicken and fries is all I ordered. At this point it was 12:15. Got the drinks at 12:25. The guy that was now behind the counter askes me if I was waiting for anything. I told him about the food. Apparently they never started my food order. Finally got my food at 12:40. No apologies or anything! Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Remember there were no customers in front of me at all. I'll never go there again. I don't see how a place like this stays in business!?!?

This was really good and very underrated but is really amazing! They have really great service and we almost ate all the food i recommend, fried rice, pork dumplings, popcorn chicken with white rice! Again amazing service.
