This place is incredibly slow. We waited 30 minutes just to be seated, and then another 50 minutes for our first dish to arrive. The service was unorganized and the staff didn’t seem to care about the long wait times. It turned what should have been an enjoyable meal into a frustrating, time-wasting experience. If I had known I’d have to spend over an hour just waiting for food, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Definitely not worth the time or money.
Had a great experience here today! It was my first time here but my family members have been several times. Upon entering, the updated interior decor and cool air conditioning was pleasant. Our waitress and the staff were responsive and kind. They kindly accommodated adjustments to the spice levels for the kids and made recommendations. Food was delicious. They also have private rooms for large parties. Restrooms were updated and clean but not many stalls.
This place seemed like it was promising upon entering on a Thursday night as there was a small crowd waiting already. We threw our names down and the total wait for four people was about 30-40 minutes.
After sitting down, we didn’t spend much time to put in our order since we all checked out the menu while waiting as did most other folks. After our orders were in, it took 35 minutes for our first dish to arrive at our table. In this time, not a single server came over to provide an update or ask if we needed anything. Several servers were moving around the restaurant and no one thought the need to check in with our table or the tables next to us. Both our table and the tables next to ours were all looking around trying to find out what the heck was going on here.
So it was 30-40 minutes to get a table secured, then 35 minutes after ordering to get the first dish. We ordered four total dishes and it was 5-10 minutes wait time in between receiving each dish. It was absolutely insane how much time it took to get the food out. You could tell, the tables around us were all unhappy with the experience. The fact that the service staff weren’t able to provide any updates or provide basic service, was just unprofessional.
The food was decent. The bullfrog tasted pretty fresh and was probably the highlight of the four dishes, as the other three had nothing to write home to mom about. There are many restaurants that serve this type of menu in the greater area.
Sadly, we will not return to this establishment.
I was in Los Angeles on vacation from Houston, Texas and my friend invited me to this restaurant. Everything was fine at first, but we found mold on two pairs of chopsticks. This was an unfortunate incident and all of us were in a bad mood because of it.
The food is taken too long. Better eat something before you go.
It was a horrible experience!!!
Found a steel piece from steel wool in one of the dishes I ordered for takeout! Don’t know what would happen to me if I didn’t see it and ate it in my digestive system!!!
DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!

Several signature dishes are very good, especially a vegetarian dish called crispy fried cucumber that I really like. The service is average, even if you don’t call her to pour water, she won’t serve it to you ⊙﹏⊙b, five-star recommendation

Although the dishes are not too spicy, they taste fresh and fragrant.
The hot pot bullfrog has a bit of soy sauce flavor, and the side dishes are cooked well. There is the Thousand-page Tofu that I like, and the cabbage is not that oily.
Garlic white meat has no meaty smell
The golden soup of fat beef has a sour taste and is also very fragrant
The fried rice vermicelli and shrimps are very fresh and there are so many vermicelli. If you like vermicelli, you can order it. We have a lot of vermicelli left.

It doesn't taste like Sichuan food. What the hell is the kidney cut like? Thick and old. If you can't do it, don't do it

To the owner, if you guys couldn’t take the order right at 11 am once your restaurant is open just disable this function. I ordered the dishes right at 11 am and i was in the store from 11:30 am. Google /fantuan told me that the pick up time is 11:15. So either your system messed up or you guys don’t have the availability to support this to-go function. Trash service
