Every Starbucks I go to tell Me the matcha lemonade comes with water and I always say no water , apparently this one doesn’t carry water in there matcha so I said okay great ! I try my matcha and it taste like all water with no lemonade.
Taste like straight trash.

I came here to use a gift card and chat with a friend I haven't seen in a long time. Whilst drinking our drinks, we, multiple times, got told to stop laughing so hard. The one that stood out to me was a worker from the back. The exact phrase was "can you laugh a little quieter, there's people studying and we're trying to work".
I get the studying bit, but the people sitting next to us studying never got up. And "were trying to work" ? I'm sorry, does being loudly happy make you conscious of your miserable job? I'm so sorry that my happiness irritated you 👀 In seriousness, that's really messed up. We're paying customers and you shouldn't be mad that we're happy. This is why I haven't gone to Starbucks in 6+ years.

I went to reconnect with a friend and not one, not two BUT THREE times they tried shushing us because we were laughing. We were paying customers drinking our drinks and trying to have a good chat and we were being quieted. There’s teenagers that go sometimes and are way louder sometimes and they don’t tell them anything. There was also an interviewer there that tried to quiet us down but at the end of the day it was a public space. As a customer I felt really uncomfortable with not being able to enjoy the rest of my time there. Plus , the people next to us were also laughing but they didn’t get told anything. Just us so it felt discriminating in a way.
