I came here to use a gift card and chat with a friend I haven't seen in a long time. Whilst drinking our drinks, we, multiple times, got told to stop laughing so hard. The one that stood out to me was a worker from the back. The exact phrase was "can you laugh a little quieter, there's people studying and we're trying to work".
I get the studying bit, but the people sitting next to us studying never got up. And "were trying to work" ? I'm sorry, does being loudly happy make you conscious of your miserable job? I'm so sorry that my happiness irritated you 👀 In seriousness, that's really messed up. We're paying customers and you shouldn't be mad that we're happy. This is why I haven't gone to Starbucks in 6+ years.

I went to reconnect with a friend and not one, not two BUT THREE times they tried shushing us because we were laughing. We were paying customers drinking our drinks and trying to have a good chat and we were being quieted. There’s teenagers that go sometimes and are way louder sometimes and they don’t tell them anything. There was also an interviewer there that tried to quiet us down but at the end of the day it was a public space. As a customer I felt really uncomfortable with not being able to enjoy the rest of my time there. Plus , the people next to us were also laughing but they didn’t get told anything. Just us so it felt discriminating in a way.

I went into this 76 station to purchase a gift card they did not know how to activate the card and they charged me then they have to refund me why sell gift cards if you're not training your people I'm very disappointed

I when to order 3 cups of water and have me wait 10mins for them so i left never got the water cups while cashier was not doing nothing she could off get them to me

came in to get 3 brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos with easy ice and extra oat milk. What I got was 3 drinks that look like they have been drank from already. Obviously they do not have easy ice or extra oat milk. When brought up to the employee she was rude, condescending and felt the need to raise her voice as she yelled that “this is how we make them” I’ve ordered the same drink from other Starbucks in other cities, states as well as internationally and have never received such an empty cup or rude service. Please re-train the staff at this location so that another customer won’t experience the same disappointment as I’ll never be coming back here again.. THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

Ordered a nitro cold brew, and a WARM butter croissant.. and I got a fresh out of the fridge croissant instead. Waited 10mins in line just to get ice cold croissant it even says "WARMED" on the bag. Idk maybe oven is broken.

Located on S Hacienda Blvd & Valley Blvd near Denny's with plenty of parking and drive-thru.We stopped by this Saturday morning and were greeted by friendly staff.Fast and efficient service in the lobby. Today, I ordered a venti hot 'White Chocolate Mocha' and it tasted great. I've experienced good service every time I've stopped at this location.
