Located on S Hacienda Blvd & Valley Blvd near Denny's with plenty of parking and drive-thru.We stopped by this Saturday morning and were greeted by friendly staff.Fast and efficient service in the lobby. Today, I ordered a venti hot 'White Chocolate Mocha' and it tasted great. I've experienced good service every time I've stopped at this location.

They weren't even busy at all, but the customer service earlier today was horrendously ugly.The cashier, or whatever her role is, seemed irritated that I was in the store. Was not pleasant at all. After a few minutes of leaving me standing at the window waiting to be acknowledged with more than just a glance, she finally comes over to "help me" but her attitude was too big to hide.Blahhhh I hope she finds somewhere else to work.

OMG why does drive thru take so long. Had to give my food item back because it was cold, no I don't want you to rewarm it. Great customer service not sure why..... does it take so long it's been a year that's it's been like this I am done thank you

the girl working the window is actually...no words. they don't even pick up their phone lmao. called 14 times because as a fellow partner i'm disappointed, you guys charged me 1.75 for cold foam when i wanted the SWEET CREAM. are you actually..... and can't understand the difference where i said cream and NOT foam?? waited in a 15 min drive thru for OME drink too. so disappointing
Can't complain about the service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I forgot to ask for a sprinkling of cinnamon after I placed my order, they were able to toss them on there before I could ask to have it added. Glad they were able to hear my request. The system is fair, they make the orders as they come in. I did wait, but, there was a long line outside already. The inside was clean, and full of people chilled on their devices, they had some festive Latin music, and the staff seem pretty upbeat. Good vibes at this location. The outside, you can't control who sits out there but, they were still very welcoming to everyone. Glad I stopped by for my afternoon pick me up.

I wouldn't post this if it's a one off occurrence but this location had been consistently slow and at times ignoring the customers at the storecounter while people are waiting in line to place their orders. This one guy with his two kids were waiting in front of the cashier counter forever, I saw at least 6 ppl working there, few are having small talks but none bother to acknowledge the customers or calling people over to take the order if all 6 of them can't.

This starbucks needs to turn off their mobile order if theyre going to lock their doors. No one wants to wait for their drink in drive thru. Some just want to grab and go. They arent really friendly either. Never coming back to this starbucks again. Huge disappointment and even if you were to put in a order 20 minutes they wouldnt have it ready.
