I was extremely hungry, and decided to order some sushi through door dash. I cannot eat rice, so I ordered "ROCK N ROLL" which contains only fish meat, NO RICE, and cucumber on the outside. When I got my food, it was a COMPLETELY different roll, with rice inside. I called this establishment to inform them of their mistakes, and instead of admitting their faults, the korean lady I was talking to, INSISTED that what I got was the right roll. I worked in 4 different sushi bars in my early 20s, and rock n roll sushi roll is known for not having rice. Perhaps this lady needs eye surgery because if you think these two rolls are the same, there's something wrong with you. This lady was not only rude, but she talked over me when the fault was on their end. I will never spend a dime in this restaurant anymore.

Food and service are always great here. If you are looking for a quick and delicious bite, away from a fast food restaurant, this is the place. The ambiance is quite relaxing, not too nosiy, not too quiet, It's just great where you can actually have a conversation over dinner.

Found this hole in the wall place near a McDonalds and did not disappoint. Ordered a deluxe sashimi platter and 3 item bento box to go. Fish was fresh and rolls were good size, tempura was light and crispy, convenient to go boxes with all the sides and utensils, and nice variety of menu items. Asked for extra soy sauce and wasabi and they hooked it up. Definitely coming back here when passing through this area.

Came for the vegetable tempura since this is a bit difficult to find sometimes, and it was amazing! Delicious! Employees were all nice, very good atmosphere. Will return.

Simple food n fun unique flavors you cant find anywhere else like Albacore Ecstasy and etc.**Update: Post-COVID has made the restaurant more take-out oriented, with the sushi bar seating gone. Reservations and seating is available, but reduced by 20-30% now that part of Dine-In area has been modified for Take-Out.

Hawaii roll really bland. Ordered the a yellowtail sushi which was the best treat. I also ordered Toro which I could not eat because of all the tendons. Very bad cuts. Tried eating after the server said that how it comes fist and last time here. Bus boy and beer were the best thing here.

My husband and I were out and about so wanted to pickup something quick near Hacienda Heights and found this spot! Food 4 Stars - We ordered 4 rolls: Fire Roll, Hot Night Roll, Baked Lobster Roll and Rainbow Roll! I really liked the Hot Night Roll while my husband enjoyed their Lobster Roll... I thought their Lobster Roll was bit too salty for my taste! Service 4 Stars We ordered ahead for take out! The server who took our order sounded friendly! Parking 5 Stars plenty of spacious parking If we're in the area again, we may just give this place another try!

It’s been a while I was at Sushi Zuni but glad that everything was just as good as when I ate here last. Tasty Ramen, fresh cali rolls and crunchy tempura for a reasonable price. Great service as well.

Quality fish and very fast service. I ordered the 2 rolls and the small sashimi combo and all the food was delicious. The location is in a very low key plaza, and the restaurant itself had a very homey and cozy feeling. Will definitely be back.

Nice, hospital place.. very pleasant staff. Very customer friendly. Photos fill the wall of happy customers . Best baked mussels, excellent fresh water eel... we also got the fried chicken appetizer, very good but could use a sauce,, we dip it in eel sauce... everything we ordered was great..
