First time coming here and I was impressed by the lounge vibe, really awesome! Our waitress was really cool, wish I had gotten her name and service was pretty good! I ordered shrimp sushi and the teriyaki beef and chicken and all I can say is WOW! The sushi was pretty good but what blew me away was the teriyaki! The chicken was soft and the beef was just right! The teriyaki sauce from here is one of the best I’ve ever had and the food was so flavorful! If I can give it 10 stars...
For our family of six, we ordered a Happy boat and three dinner combinations. Food was good. Service was very good. We like Tokyo Lobby because we like Japanese food and they have plenty of seating for our family.
This is the first sushi restaurant I went to in the early 80's. I was not excited about "raw fish" but i was pleasantly surprised at how delicous Japanese food is. We still drive from Riverside to eat at this non chain restaurant. The service is always fast and attentive, and the food comes out consistently delicious. 1 star deduction for 40 year old decore.
