The drinks were ok, the problem is that we waited about a half hour after ordering to get them. It wasn't busy either, there were no more than three parties of people in there including us. They seemed a bit disorganized.

I wanted to come here to try the popcorn chicken, but there was a sign saying that the kitchen was closed "due to increase labor costs." So they are no longer serving food which I was bummed to find out.So! I decided to order the Roasted Brown Sugar Boba Milk for $6.75 - It's not terrible, but it was more milk than anything else. The boba was soft and squishy and tasted nicely of brown sugar (not overly sweet) which is why I'll at least give it two stars. The burnt sugar(?) on top is a really nice touch. But these two factors alone don't outweigh the plain drink that it was - a cup of milk. I will say though that my drink looked SUPER different than what the advertisement of it showed (a very messy brown sugar-like drink), so I might have just gotten it served unwell... Still! It was not a drink worth $7.For ambience - I would say it's very breathable and really nice inside! Lots of space! I would have loved to make it a place to study if only the drink wasn't like it was.I really do wish they opened the kitchen back up because from other reviews the chicken looks really good!UPDATE: Got a really bad stomach ache afterwards. :/

Very cool place that provide specialized tea along with the side dishes . This place has the best packages with many orders, easy to carry and very secure for delivery . All the orders securely with containers sealed and with plastic bags for all the drinks . I love the Roasted Brown sugar fresh milk with Boba . My favorite side dish is popcorn chicken , that is tender , crispy and medium spiciness. The interior are super clean with awesome music play on that relaxing and comforting . The parking is bit of challenges .

Low key fire. This place is in a corner you wont see. But once you find it, probably want more. Me and a few co worker have been to this place a couple times already and we havent had any negative feed back to give.
