When found out all sides were made from scratch I was excited, but a tad nervous as sometimes that is not always a good thing!In 3 Pigs' case it was great as I've never understood American's love of mac n' chez, however their's is unbelievably good. I live in Texas and this place has one of (if not the) best BBQs I've ever tasted. I got the BBQ chicken and Brisket with potato salad. IT WAS SO GOOD. Usually I don't go for writing reviews but this place is the bomb ?.The original idea behind going to HMB was to walk their beaches and dip toes in the ocean. Might need to put BBQ on the list of top attractions.No photos - food was gone in a second.
The staff was very helpful when we were ordering. I liked that u could try other meats for $6 like the sausage. Sides were good. We had the collards and the feta salad. Tender ribs with a variety of sauces. No alcohol there but we were able to walk down the street and get a nice bottle of wine and have it with our meal. Great time we had in the bay!
