Unpleasant experience at this drive-through coffee shop. Was surprised to find a 30% tip automatically added to my bill. Automatic tipping should be optional, and customers should have the freedom to decide. This policy feels unfair and takes away from the convenience of a quick drive-through stop. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and flexibility in tipping. Hoping for a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

Incredibly watery coffee, surprised to see other reviewers claim it’s the best coffee they’ve ever had. Visiting and have been here a few times. The macchiato I ordered was amazing. But the americanos? Not good. Not sure if they know what the correct water to espresso ratio is.

We swung by AJ's on our way out of Half Moon Bay after going to breakfast nearby. The service was fast and we didn't have to wait long at all. I got an iced vanilla latte and the taste was pretty good. However, the friendliness of the employees was lacking. I know drive thru service is hard to create connection, but it was very lackluster. All in all, seemingly a decent coffee spot but don't expected to be wowed.

Great to the point coffee shop. The Barista made our coffees quickly and they were so good!! I got the Mexican mocha latte and my partner got the raspberry latte, both were amazing. The Mexican mocha was not too sweet which allows all the flavors to play well together. The raspberry latte is a unique flavor that hits the spot!

Coffee is good and the place is easily accessible. The downside is the person that works there during the week. Customer service is sorely lacking during the morning and feels cold and nonchalant. Every. Time. I've. Gone. There.As much as I want to support a local business, it's back to Pete's is where I'll be.
We went here on a Saturday morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and efficient. The drinks were super delicious. They even gave our fur childrentreat!

Forgot to take pictures but this was in a convenient location and fast service drive thru shop.2 iced green tea lattes for the road . As other reviewers have mentioned drinks are *SWEET* but not overly sweet that one couldn't drink them and it didn't mask the green tea flavor. Would recommend and I'd come back, just know to expect the sweetness -I'd say pick your drink accordingly. I wouldn't pick a drink with added sauces on the cups for example, but that's just me.

I have almost an amazing experience everytime i go there. But unfortunately today was disappointing and I’m not sure ill be coming back. I ordered my usual and it came out so sweet that I couldn’t drink it. I called for a refund, the lady on the phone says ok, hangs up. Thats it. I call back to ask for a manager or someone i can contact to address this. She starts laughing on the phone and says i dont have that information on hand. Extremely dissatisfied. She needs to be fired asap
