When I discovered this place last year it instantly became my favorite pho place. I’ve now brought friends, family and dates here. Sandy is amazing and her pho is as well. She mixes it up spicy for me just the way I like it. The pho is great to grab and go to the beach. I love how you have to be there on time and get it before it’s gone. It adds to the exclusivity. This is a gem of a hole in the wall for to-go pho!!!

Ordered a dish with peanut sauce ( I think it was the Dragon pork noodle bowl). The flavor was good and the presentation was pretty. Staff was friendly. They ran out of glass noodles so sub vermicelli noodle. Would have preferred the bokchoy blanched. Since it was served raw, the bokchoy was a little too big compared to the other sliced veggies and didn't really go together for the mouth feel. The peanut sauce was either too thick or not warm enough cause it was kind of hard to mix everything together in the bowl. I will try a pho next time.

Best pho we've had on the Coastside. The delicious smells wafting out of this take out stand make you even hungrier as you wait for your food prep. The broth was very tasty with fresh organic local veggies. The deconstructed spring roll bowl was equally as fresh and good.

Just a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Sweet lady who runs the place, absolutely delicious pho (I got the special of the day that was a Laotian style pork) and the iced hibiscus drink was perfectly refreshing without being overly sweet. It was great being able to hang out on the sidewalk and watch everyone interact with each other- I really felt a sense of love and community, which just made this experience so much more special.
